Enjoy an updated 1BR plus a loft in the perfect spot between Main St. & the Snowflake Lift nestled in beautiful Breckenridge. You'll be able to walk to Main Street for restaurants, bars, shopping, and local festivals. You can also take the free shuttle everywhere in town from the stop at the end of the driveway. After a long day of hiking or on the slopes enjoy the shared pool and hot tubs or the wood burning fireplace!

âą Bedroom: Located off the loft area, featuring a twin over full bunk, dresser and chair, with views of the mountains to the east.
âą Loft area: King sized bed, overlooking the living room. Features high up windows for ample sunlight and a full bathroom with a bathtub located here.
âą Living room: Features a pull-out queen sleeper sofa

âą 2.5 Blocks to Main St.
âą 5-7 minute walk to the Snowflake Lift. There is a full service ticket window and ski shop, Charter Sports, there as well. Snowflake Chair will take you to Peak 8.
âą 5-7 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift.
âą Adjacent to the Upper Village Pool, easily walkable and features 2 outdoor hot tubs, 1 indoor hot tub and a heated outdoor pool and an interior entry/exit option. See below for Upper Village Pool details.
âą Nearest bus stop is across from Sundowner entrance on 4 O'Clock Road. This bus will go to the Snowflake Lift and on to Beaver Run (peak 9).
âą Top floor location - This condo is on the third floor and requires stairs to reach the front door. There is not an elevator in the building.
âą Ample summer trails within a short walk from this property, including the Sawmill Reservoir Trail which starts at the Snowflake Lift and follows a beautiful stream up to a reservoir with great views.
Upper Village Pool Clubhouse:

âą This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following 2026 CLOSURE dates:

- Fall Maintenance: Approximately September 28th (Monday after Oktoberfest) to mid or late November.
*This clubhouse is not on-site and is located approximately 1/2 block away at 450 Village Rd. There is a path behind the parking lot that leads to the clubhouse.
Maximum Occupancy: 4
Parking Limit: 1 - This is an open oversized parking lot so there is no height limit and larger vans are welcome. Additional vehicles will have to park at one of the overnight pay lots in Breckenridge. More information can be found at BreckPark.

âą The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
âą The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
âą There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out (if applicable) designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
