We had a wonderful stay with our daughter and son-in-law. Gary was a super communicator through the whole trip. Everything was clean and it was such an easy walk to the slopes and town. I couldn’t ski due to an injury but loved sitting by the fireplace and looking out the large picture window to the mountains. I could even pick out my husband in the line to board the lift at the base of peak 9. The kitchen was very well stocked making it easy to fix meals. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo has been beautifully redone—modern, comfortable, and perfect for a mountain getaway. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it was ideal for four adults, and the pull-out couch provided extra space for two more guests if you would need it.(We did not.) The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with dishes, cookware, spices, and utensils—everything you’d need if you decide to cook (we didn’t, but easily could have!). The view from the window was stunning, overlooking the mountains and the Blue River below.We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like a great selection of board games and nice TVs in both the living room and bedrooms. Gary was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and made check-in/check-out effortless.I’ve stayed in several condos in Breckenridge, and this one stands out as one of the best, thanks to all the updated features and overall comfort. Highly recommend!

Worse rental ever. Unit not as advertised!! Owner lives out of state.

NO fitness room. NO pool or hot tub on property. Common hot tubs (only 3 of 4 working) and pool a block away and across the street.. Hot tubs packed with 20 people always,, as it is shared by multiple buildings surrounding it. Minimal room for us 4, assuming you don't mind sharing with 20 others. Water condition questionable. We felt it to be too unsanitary to use, so we didn't. The sliding part of the shower door in primary bathroom missing. (The stops on the frame were there, but no door!!). VRBO site clearly shows a door with a knob. You only had 22" of glass to keep the shower water in the shower space. The rest went on the floor of the bathroom. What a mess!!! Baseboard heaters in the room containing the kitchen, living room and dining room don't work. Only a small gas fireplace in this space to heat it. Took 48 hours to get it comfortable when we arrived to a cold space. Murphy bed and mattress in 2nd bedroom awful for my 6' 3" son. Son and daughter both rolled to the middle. Room is very tiny, can barely walk to far side of bed to get in. Primary BR so small, the only furniture besides the bed is a chair and 2 nightstands.Tiny closet is in bathroom. There is a dresser in the entry, filled with owners clothing. Most of our ski clothing had to be on the floor next to the bed. No place to hang wet ski clothes. NO HOOKS!! USED FURNITURE. Dust bunnies all over floor. Patio door won't lock. Owner sent bill for 855. for "curtains and other things"!

Close to Quicksilver lift

Very clean. Master bathroom shower was a bit strange with only half a door. Felt the need to put a towel down to absorb the water on the floor. Locking racks outside the door for skis was great. Easy rules and instructions for leaving the condo.

Great ski condo

Perfect location to walk to lifts or town (both less than 10 min). Clean, well stocked apartment. Lovely hosts. 10 out of 10 would stay again. Bedrooms are small but suited us just fine - living room spacious with a great fire place. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Recently stayed in this 2 bedroom/2bathroom condo. It exceeded expectations. Very easy walk to town- Well equipped and well designed for the space. There is a step up to each of the showers which was a little challenging. Streaming on tv was excellent. Host was very responsive to our questions and would highly recommend this mountain condo.

This was our fourth annual ski trip to Breck and this was our favorite condo. Convenient, very well equipped, and high end finishes made for a great stay. The communication with the owner was excellent and it is clear that the owners are actively engaged in managing the property

Great Location

Winter ski stay for couple. Location 10 minute walk to village or Quicksilver Lift. Nice electronics. Unit needs some TLC but overall very nice. A little tight if you have 4 people but workable. The owners could not be better! Very prompt attention and they go above and beyond to help. Little perks like spices, cooking oils, laundry soap etc. helps make your stay so much easier!

Excellent Property and Location

It's a short walk to the heart of Breckenridge (even closer than it appeared in maps) and numerous restaurants are very close by. Our daughter loved playing in the picturesque stream out back. The condo was in great shape with quality appliances. It was as it appeared in pictures. It's in a quiet area. The unit is amply stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, etc. We would happily stay there again.

Wonderful property to stay in in Breck ! Just a short walk to lifts and downtown. Very nicely appointed, nothing left out. The pool and hot tub are across the street , but one is able to shower in the shower house and not walk back soaking wet. Enjoyed our stay!!

We’ve been coming to colorado for the last 4 years and this condo was the best place we’ve stayed so far. The condo was updated and had every amenity you need. Perfect to get right to Quick Silver. Perfect Family Christmas

This condo was perfect for our little family Christmas, it even had a snow-covered pine tree just outside the main window! Perfect for ski-in/out and walking distance to the local shops & restaurants. Everything you need is provided, including enough cookware to make and bake our favorite meals. The owner was very easy to work with and always available when needed. The unit is beautifully designed.
