We had an amazing time in Breckenridge due in large part to the location and amenities Placer Ridge Lookout provided. The property managers went out of their way to accommodate our group and travel arrangements. The location was perfect, situated just off main street with a trolley stop right in front of the house. We took the trolley all around Breckenridge. The well equipped space was plenty big enough for our two families of four. We will definitely be back and recommend this place over and over.

Excellent Family Stay

The property is well located just a short walk from main street with access to restaurants/aprĂšs/shopping/grocery all within walking distance. You can also walk to Beaver Run base 9 area, or it's a short drive for drop off/pick up. There's plenty to do for non-skiers/boarders as well. The house is spacious with great hangout spaces and an easy to use entertainment system. The inclusion of washer/dryer was a huge benefit for a travelling family as well! Overall, it was a great stay.

Spring Break Trip

Loved the home!! Very clean! Well-stocked kitchen! The home was in the perfect location to walk to grocery, restaurants, the Village, and the lift for peak 9. Beautiful mountain views from most all the windows. Would definitely choose to stay here again if we come back to this area.

Phenomenal experience!

The absolute perfect property for a friends’ ski trip to Breck! The property is absolutely beautiful and the location could not be beat. Communication before and during the stay was stellar and everything from the cleanliness to the small details were spot-on. We particularly loved the mudroom access, heated driveway, underground parking (with EV hookups), and close access to the hot tub.

Awesome family ski trip

This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and it didn’t disappoint. Everything seemed to be just as we had left it a year ago. The townhouse is well set up to accommodate a large family, is close to town and the quicksilver lift. We will definitely stay there again, given the opportunity.

Perfect condo for our family!

Wonderful and perfect location

The townhome is perfect for families and is close to everything. Being across the street to Main Street made it easy to get breakfast, dinner, rentals and hot cocoa. The 10 minute walk to the lifts was perfect. The heated garage and downstairs mud room/ski and boot storage made in and out easy. The house had everything you need and is a TV/stereo person's dream. We watched our favorite movies each night by the fireplace with great speakers and easy to use remotes and apps. We had a wonderful stay in Breckenridge and look forward to coming back.

Awesome house close to everything

Had an awesome time staying at this house. It was super well furnished and conveniently located to downtown restaurants. The parking situation was cool so that you don’t have to go outside to enter the unit. The top bunk beds in the four person rooms are a bit tight to get into and shaky, but otherwise the beds were comfortable and worked out well for our group. Communication was great from the rental company.

Fantastic property and location!!!

Our family (2 adults, 2 kids-14,12) spent a week in this condo last week and couldn't be happier. The property was clean, well stocked, and the location is fantastic!! Walk to main street for restaurants, shops, exercise and also walk to nearby grocery store and liquor store. 2 underground parking spots were great and would be perfect in the winter months! Beautiful view from the upstairs balcony off the master, too! Also, communication with the manager was exceptional! You won't regret booking here, we can't wait to return!

Great place to stay in dowtown Breckenridge

Very nice, up to date townhome with underground parking that is right in downtown Breckenridge. We stayed in July and it was easy to walk to any restaurant or shop on Main Street. The rental had everything we needed for our stay.
