"Mom's House" Premier 2 bed 2 bath Breckenridge Chalet

Welcome to "Mom's House". Spacious two bedroom, two bath, plus loft cabin is a perfect place for a mountain getaway. Our cabin is one of the larger cabins in Tiger Run with 2 main floor master bedrooms and bathrooms each with walk in showers. Enjoy a beautiful views from the front porch, a large open kitchen, a cozy sitting area with a flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace and so much more! Bonus loft room with a full bed and a queen bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The dining room consists of a large farm table, seating six comfortably. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, full sized stove and refrigerator round out the modern amenities in this cabin.

Tiger Run is like going to "Summer Camp" as a kid. Come Play!!!

This cabin is located right in the middle of Tiger Run Resort and includes access to a large indoor pool and 2 hot tubs which is right across the street. Newly resurfaced pickle ball and tennis courts as well as sand volleyball, basketball courts and premier mountain Golf Courses. This cabin is in a perfect location for all Breckenridge activities! Spend the day on the slopes or drive 5 minutes and take in the bustling downtown scene of Breckenridge or Frisco.

Cabin has parking for 2 full sized vehicles. Sorry no EV charging at this cabin.

Enjoyed our stay. Cabin was cozy, accommodating and located perfectly so we could explore the area. Cabin is directly across from the indoor pool and spas which the whole family enjoyed. Located within a friendly and welcoming community. Definitely will look this place up next time we come to this area.

great location with easy access to hiking/biking trails, Breckenridge, Dillon, Keystone, Frisco. we attended a great concert at the Dillon amphitheater and the cabin worked out great for our friends, our dog and ourselves. we hope to stay here in the future.

"Mom's House" - Enjoyed by all

Check in was very smooth. The kitchen is comfortable for several family members to work and socialize in the space. Wi-Fi worked great. We travel to Breckenridge every summer and have found "Mom's House #20" to work great for our family. Lots of room for everyone.

My family of 6 adults and 2 dogs had an amazing week at the cabin. It was perfect for our needs. We had 4 young adults and us. 2 of the young adults enjoyed the spacious loft and the other 4 of us enjoyed the 2 bedrooms on the first level. We played games at the kitchen table, cooked in the kitchen and on the grill and had everything we needed. We played basketball, pickleball, and games in the game room at the recreation building directly across the street from the cabin. My husband and I enjoyed 2 hikes. One from the campground and the other only a mile away. Afterward we enjoyed the hot tub in the rec center. Our dogs enjoyed having the dog park within 20 feet from our porch. The location of the cabin is ideal to explore the area, Breckenridge, Frisco, Lake Dillon, Silverthorne, and Vail all within a few minutes. We took family pictures at Sapphire Point (10 min drive) that are absolutely stunning. We also drove to Idaho Springs to river raft (a beautiful 45 minute drive). We all got to do everything we wanted and can do more when we come back! The manager Fonz was very kind, knowledgeable, quick to respond and lives in the campground. He visited us a few times and took care of all of our needs. Perfect trip. Loved the area and spending time with family.

Great 4th Getaway!

Great property with a great property manager. We’ve been owners in Tiger Run for decades, but needed a spot for the 4th as our unit is being worked on. This unit was a perfect find with all the amenities we were after. We highly recommend it!

Highly recommend

Beautiful and convenient location. Only a 10-min drive from the Breckenridge ski resort. Tons of snowshoeing trails in the area as well. Warm. Well equipped. Had absolutely everything we could possibly need. Dining and living room furniture are so comfortable. Best living room furniture we've ever come across in a rental. The only negative for us are the hard beds. We are soft bed people.

Great location and fun for kids!

This house was perfect for a long ski weekend for our family. Location is excellent and nearby to multiple ski resorts and town for dinners and entertainment. It’s also directly across from the club house which was fantastic for our little kids to make an easy trip to the swimming pool and arcade. Highly recommend!

Chalet was centrally located to Breckenridge and Frisco. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The club house with pool and hot tub was clean and a nice end to the snowy day. The property manager was responsive.

Wow, just wow!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the best cabin stay in this area! Such a cozy, quiet, comfortable home away from home! Pet friendly cabin works with pet friendly resort. Quiet and peaceful even with lots of families enjoying all that this property has to offer. Tiger Run is unlike any RV resort we have ever been to! Summer in this area is such a wonderful reprieve from Texas heat! This location is perfect for going into Breckenridge and Frisco - 7 min drive. Dillon lake Marina park/beach fun! Owners have provided everything you need - well appointed kitchen, clean, so roomy, comfortable beds, large enough living area to enjoy movies to cap off a fun day! Evening walks were a favorite during our stay — super safe and lots of friendly families out enjoying their spaces each uniquely decorated with lighting, bonfires and outdoor TV watching. We would come back in a heartbeat!! Thank you Elliott for sharing your lovely cabin with us. Thank you for being so responsive to my questions before and during our stay!

This property is perfect! It’s in a gated area that is very serene & is midway between Breckenridge & Frisco. Great area for walks, hiking, fishing, & lots to do on the property. The chalet has a fabulous front porch for sitting out & enjoying the views of the mountains. The host was very responsive when we contacted him.
