Situated at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Peak 8, this gorgeous ski-in ski-out condo is just steps away from the Gondola which can connect you to Peak 7 and into the charming town of Breckenridge.
As you enter the unit you will be greeted by the gorgeous and unique views of the Ski Resort right outside your door where you can spend your time on the huge deck, one of the very best of the entire resort!
Inside the 1200 square foot condo, the updated kitchen is beautiful and perfect for cooking a meal from home and includes a Keurig coffee maker with pods on site. The master bedroom has a King while the 2nd bedroom has a Queen, and the sofa pulls out into a Queen sofa sleeper. Key must be returned to lock box (with lock box hanging on the unit door) at departure. If the key is not returned to the lock box, you will be charged a lost key fee.

We want you to enjoy your vacation but please remember at all times that this is somebody`s home and we expect you to treat it as if it were your own. No smoking. Please remove shoes and ski boots upon entering the home.

1. Agreement: 5 Diamond Lodging, INC (“5 Diamond Lodging”), the Owner and Guest agree as follows: Above Guest is an adult over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends, or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories and as a result will have to vacate the property immediately without any refund. No keys will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.

2. Cancellations: Cancellations 61 days or more will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Deposit is forfeited.

3. Security Deposit: The signer of this Agreement agrees to Pay 5 Diamond Lodging the full rental price, which includes a security deposit/damage waiver. A security deposit will be collected for all stays in our executive properties, which must be paid separately and in full by Credit Card approval 30 days prior to check-in. Any damages, losses or excessive cleaning charges incurred by the signer or anyone in signer’s group will be withheld from your security deposit.

Great ski in/ski out location

Overall we had a great stay! You can't beat the ski in/ski out convenience of One Ski Hill. The ski valets were terrific. We rented our equipment from Ski Butlers, and the valets made sure they were picked up on our last ski day.The unit itself is lovely and was the perfect size for us. We were a family of 3, two adults and one teenager. I do feel like it would have felt small if we had our 2nd teenage son with us. The description of the property says "sleeps 6". I would not try to fit 6 people in the unit and expect to feel comfortable. I think it is best suited for 2 couples, or a small family. We didn't utilize the kitchen for much other than the coffeemaker and the toaster, but I don't recall seeing any pots and pans to make an actual meal. With that said, the restaurant/bar in the building was very good. There was a second restaurant within walking distance which we liked too. The unit is on the second floor and was a quick walk down the hall to the gym, pool and hot tub. We utilized the shuttle service into town one day and rode the gondola back. It was a nice outing if you aren't skiing. In the summer when the sidewalks were not icy, I personally would try walking too. The management company was a pleasure to work with and very easy to communicate with. Check in/ check out was also easy. This was our first trip to Breckenridge, and we would definitely book this unit again.

Ski Vacation

This was our first time to Breckenridge and this condos location made everything super easy. Condo had a great view of the slopes and so close to walk right out and be right at ski lifts and ski school. Would definitely stay here again.

Unbeatable views

We stayed there for a long weekend during the opening of ski season. The lodge was great, though we didn't take advantage of some of the amenities. The free gondola was within walking distance. If you ski, it's a perfect location. Since we didn't ski, I may have stayed in town, but that's the only thing I'd question. But that's a personal choice, not a reflection on the unit itself. The unit was as advertised and the view from the balcony never got old.

Cant beat the views of this location

Really enjoyed the views, faces the peak and has a spacious balcony. Theres plenty of things to do during the summer in the area and if shopping is on your list the gondola is accessed from the property. The rental itself had everything we needed for our stay, was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Location of the property couldn’t be anymore perfect. Mountain views from the deck are amazing Staff is friendly and accommodating. Condo is clean and has enough room for a family of 4. Kitchen is equipped to do some cooking. Bed and bathrooms are spacious Would definitely rent again.

Perfect location for families!

You cannot beat the location of this property, especially if you have kids doing ski school. We loved the proximity to the lifts, ski school and gondola. We also really liked being on the same level as the pool. Location aside, the unit was clean and well appointed. Everything we needed for our week long trip. We’ll be back!

If you're looking for a perfect 2 BR place for ski in ski out in Breck, this is your place. Especially if you have kids learning, the ski school is minutes downstairs. + Ski valet takes care of skis + Ski school is downstairs + Gondola to downtown is <1 min away + the windows look out on the ski slopes + massive balcony

Perfect spot

We were in town for a quick family ski trip and the location and condo itself could not have been more perfect. It was ridiculously convenient to the skiing but at the same time provided us plenty of space so as not to feel crowded. Check in process was easy as was check out. Great spot-highly recommend.

Wonderful family getaway to Breckenridge

This beautiful condo was perfect for our family. Our children were first time skiers, and the location could not have been more perfect for getting to ski school in the mornings. The condo was well-equipped we could have ever needed for our stay. Everything was clean, we loved having personal laundry capabilities, and they even had it decorated for Christmas- truly magical! Thank you for a wonderful stay- we hope to make it an annual adventure!

Beautiful Ski-In Ski-Out condo

The most convenient way to enjoy the mountain at Breckenridge. Just steps away from 4 different lifts at the base of Peak 8. Plenty of entertainment and dining options available right at the bottom of the mountain. Valet ski service is another wonderful perk.

Ski weekend

Wonderful property for a quick ski weekend. The property is perfect for a family with kids or two couples with two bedrooms on either side of the shared living area. Very easy access to the chair lifts and peak 8 ski school. Property includes access to the indoor pool which our 4 year old loved at the end of a day of skiing. Host was very responsive to our few questions. Lovely place to stay in Breckenridge, we will definitely book this property again in the future.
