Nestled in a quiet residential area, this home is just a short drive to downtown Breckenridge’s restaurants, shops, and attractions. Visit Maggie’s pond for stand up paddle boarding or Lake Dillon for kayaking. There are great hiking trails off of Main Street such as The Sawmill Creek Trail, Pence Miller to Cucumber Gulch, and the Burro trail. Take the BreckConnect Gondola up to Breckenridge Discovery Park where there is a rollercoaster, alpine slides, ziplines, and miniature golf. Finally, Prize Box Cross Country Ski Trail, a 2.1-mile loop trail with moderate traffic is good for all skill levels. The Denver International Airport is approximately 97 miles away.

Getting Around:
While the home is not on a shuttle route, downtown Breckenridge and world class skiing are both less than 5 miles away.
