Checking processes is stupid, we had to walk 15 mins to another hotel to get the keys and back another 15 after skiing. Room had temperature settings fixed to very hot, we slept witht the window open the entire night, bed was mediocre for the price we paid. Hot tub was closed and had to take a hot bath in my bathtub. No breakfast, i would recommend find a days inn or something and save some money

This unit (W330) was listed as a full kitchen with a king bed. Instead it had a dorm size refrigerator that froze all our food. It had a toaster that you needed to place by the bathroom sink which had the only reachable outlet. It had poor lighting with one bedside lamp that had no outlet accessible. The check in process with Wyndham was odd with the offic inside the ski shop. Would never go back.p to this property.

Very convenient for skiing. Checkin was a bit confusing as two desks that didn’t work with each other. Nice new restaurant on bottom floor

Loren give us the worst customer service! She is a liar and not nice at all. She was the baddest person in all town!!!! Other than her, everything was fine same with the rest of the people in the hotel that was really friendly and helpful!! But Loren its not supposed to work with people at all !!!!

The hot tub and pool were nice, and the location was excellent. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the place, as the surfaces had not been cleaned. The shower in the upstairs bathroom did not work properly. Also, when the neighbors were super noisy at 1am and I called reception, they transferred me to another “reception” who said they couldn’t do anything, so I had to confront them myself.

We liked that it was right at the bottom of 4 O'clock run, so basically a ski-in accommodation. We also like the bus stop right in front of the building. The underground parking was warm and safe. We had a mild frustration regarding the mandatory ski check-in, which stemmed from the staff's lackadaisic attitude toward retrieving your skis and getting you out the door. We missed a bus on one occasion due to "be with you in a minute" while the staff conversed behind the counter and in the office.
