This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom ski-in/ski-out condo is a fantastic choice for families and groups up to six. The cozy living area features a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. You can also step out onto the private patio to take in the trees and brisk mountain air. The full kitchen features granite tile counters and all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats eight, and the bar-height counter provides a great place for a quick breakfast or snacks.

The Riverbend Lodge offers plenty of amenities too, including large indoor and outdoor hot tubs; a dry sauna; an exercise room; private ski lockers on the ground floor; and indoor heated parking. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Great Location To Ski Breck!

Loved how close the property was to Snowflake lift and definitely ski in ski out, although better to come down Four O'Clock Run to ski home as it is all downhill and no catwalks and only a short walk across the street. Short walk into town is nice so you don't need to use a car. Nice to have 3 king bedrooms rather than twins with all adults staying. Overall clean unit and good size bedrooms and bathrooms. A few faucets in bathrooms needed fixing. The indoor hot tub and steam room were not working for the two weeks and no one could tell us when they would be. We stayed two weeks and you definitely need to bring your own vanity amenities as not enough to get you even through a week. Only one parking spot for unit which is a challenge with multiple families and will need to use Airport Rd Parking lot for other cars but at least that is only $5-10 a night. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would consider returning again.

The Condo had everything a traveler could want and need.

We had a great experience in our Condo! The Condo had plenty of space for a family of 6. The kitchen had plenty of pans for cooking and plenty of serving plates and utensils. The beds were very comfortable and the 3 restrooms were a plus, especially for a family of 6.

Family Ski Vacation

Our first time at Breckinridge— we stayed between Christmas and New Year’s so the town and lifts were extremely busy. The location of this unit is right next door to the Snowflake ski lift and ski rental/ticket office, which makes it super convenient during busy times. The lift itself does not seem as busy as other lifts. We mostly ate at home to prevent having to be in long lines at restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. I gave 5 stars for everything except for checkin process. You have to go to the rental office to pick up checkin documents. Although the office is a short distance away from the home, during peak season, the traffic moves slower than walking pace in many places. It would be nice to just have the keypad activated at checkin and sign the documents online. Otherwise everything else went really well. Thank you for the stay!!!

Great Spot!

This was a great spot! Great condo! It's on the first floor which means there isn't a mountain view - but there is still a beautiful view of the trees (and the Snowflake lift!)! Two suggestions! 1) When returning from the mountain, to make it a TRUE ski in/ski out - take 4 O'Clock Rd (NOT SNOWFLAKE!) to get back home - if you take Snowflake - you'll be cross country skiing with your tired kids - if you take 4 o'clock road - you'll cruise right in and end up right across the street from the condo! 2) The back room (and much of the condo) was very hot...even with he heat turning completely OFF! (But the back room was the worst! Got up to 82 degrees!) There is some type of radiant heat that warms the condo even if you don't have the heat or fire on. We remedied this with having several windows open/cracked. It was a great location overall. We took the Snowflake lift up every morning and it was perfect. If you take 4 o'clock Rd. back home, it's perfect. Walk to downtown is DOWN hill. The walk home is UP hill. 10-12 min walk. We walked with out two kids each night. Took an Uber home the very last night cause we ate too much! Lol It was a great condo. Next time - I'd like to stay HIGHER to have a little bit of a "view" - but overall was great!!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, truly a Ski In and Ski out. Condo was the perfect size for our group. Amenities inside of the condo were excellent: crockpot and instant pot / cooked our meals while skiing. Highly recommend staying here!
