The Ski Hill Condos are among the best year-round vacation rentals in Breckenridge. This large two- bedroom plus loft, which has the space of a three bedroom, comfortably accommodates eight guests and is perfect for your group of friends or family. It features a spacious living room and separate dining area, both with beautiful views of historic downtown Breckenridge.

​​​​​​​LOCATION – Ski Hill Condos are located on the corner of Ski Hill Rd. and Park Ave in Breckenridge. They sit one block from Main Street, two blocks from the gondola, and half a block from the free shuttle stop. Just a few minutes on the shuttle and you will find yourself at the slopes. Downtown does not get much closer than this with shopping, dining and nightlife only a block away.

AMENITIES – The dĂ©cor warmly integrates the rocky mountain style with all the comforts of home. This condo is suited with a queen-size bed in both the Master Suite and the Queen bedroom. The Loft offers two twin size beds and a bathroom of its own. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. You will find plenty of entertainment in the living room area with a flat screen TV, DVD player, books, games and a CD/radio with iPod connection for hours of fun. In addition to these amenities, you can warm up instantly after a day on the slopes by the gas fireplace in the living room or by a visit to the outdoor hot tubs. With its amenities and proximity to Main St. and the slopes, the Ski Hill condos are a great way to spend a vacation here in Breckenridge!

Great spot!

The pictures don’t do it justice, it was perfect for our group, and so beautiful! We used the hot tub every day after skiing and through talking to other people staying there realized we could ski 4 O’clock all the way down to our building! I would only suggest that there be a map of the buildings provided before checkin as it was a little tough to understand where we needed to go. We are absolutely staying here again when we come back to Breckenridge :)

Just what we needed

Great location and value for skiing Breck

Four of us came to ski Breck for the first time and were very happy with finding this unit. The ski in, gondola out description is accurate - with a little walking (two blocks?) which we were happy to do. There is easy access to the town, to busses, and a great view both during the day and at night. The unit was well-supplied and clean. The only disappointment (mild) was the grill was a little distant which really limited our ability to have sizzling steaks. That issue aside, it was great!

Nice unit great location

I've stayed in Breck during ski season numerous times. This unit is in a great location being just a block from Main St. and very close to being ski in/out. Although you can take the bus out front, I enjoyed walking the short distance to Gondola in the morning to reach peak 8. You can ski back on 4 o'clock and arrive very close to the unit at the end of the day. Unit is large and comfortably slept the 5 of us, however, it could sleep 8. The only downside would be having 1 parking pass if you had a larger group with two vehicles. The only overnight parking in Breck is by the airport if you had 2 vehicles.

Great place to stay in Breck. This is my third time visiting Breckinridge and has been my favorite place so far. Love the easy access to and from the mountain and the cozy condo with great views of the mountain and town.

Great location! Five minute walk to the gondola, and almost ski-in - you can get within about a two—minute walk to the unit from the slopes. Five minute walk into Breck and shops and Restaurants. Very comfortable condo, and great communication from management company. We had a terrific stay!

Great family trip

Five of us stayed here in August and it was absolutely wonderful. The communication from Pinnacle was very good and our check in was easy. The property was exactly as advertised. There were five of us and we had so much room. Beds were comfy-kitchen was stocked. It was a short walk in the beautiful weather to the store, numerous restaurants, and shopping in Breckenridge. I highly recommend this condo for groups up to 6 in summer and I am sure by the location it would be fantastic in winter as well.

The location of the property is walking distance to main street, restaurants. Number of bathrooms good--we had 8 guests. However we were not told about the parking situation. We asked if the unit had an exterior entry, we were told yes, but it did not. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. The fan in the master bathroom super loud, need to be fixed.
