Great location for a summer stay. We could walk to downtown. The balcony is nice, as are the big windows, only available on the top floor of this condo complex. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit, so be sure to make alternate plans if you have more than one.

Great for rink access

The condo location was great to access downtown and the skating rink. It was clean and had some amenities. The furniture in the living room is dated and smelled a little bit. The kitchen was user friendly and had most of the supplies we needed. The communication with the property manager was stellar and helpful. We would stay here again.

Skiing with the family great place within walking distance of lifts walking distance downtown. The place has all the basic amenities my only negative is the cleaning company they hired didn't clean the bathrooms very well, hopefully, they will have it correct.

Nice property in general. It is not a "ski in ski out" property, at least a 5-10 minute walk to the lift. Easier to get dropped off. Was eager to use the grill but it was fairly disgusting. Be aware that it is on the third floor and was tough moving into and out of with small children.

Great place!

Everything was really nice, it’s perfect for a family of 4. The walk to the lift is just down the street, it is a little far if you have little ones but our teenagers were completely fine with it. 3rd floor steps with the altitude gets us every time but the high ceilings make it worth it! We loved the fireplace and the heated floors, beds were comfy too! Sadly the steam shower wasn’t working and the dryer so all the laundry had to come home. The hot tubs were packed every evening (1 of the 4 was broken); we only made it in 1 day (only because we cut out of the mountain early). We enjoyed walking into town every night. There are so many great restaurants and bars; we loved RMU and Horseshoe the most! All in all we enjoyed the place!

Cozy & Cute

This is absolutely our fave condo to stay! Quiet, clean and cozy. Blackout curtains and shades are always a plus. Communication was amazing! Clean space, and the small things that most won’t notice I did and appreciate. The heated floors were a bonus in the bathrooms! Very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. Can’t wait to come back.

Great girls weekend getaway

The unit was lovely and we all slept like a dream in the comfortable beds with blackout curtains. Great open floorplan allows for everyone to hang together even if they are doing their own activities (cooking in the kitchen, puzzling at the table or reading on the couch). Management was so responsive and helpful with every request. We will most certainly be back.

we stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. There was not that much noise and it was hidden away that you didn’t see much traffic. The only thing that could have made it totally perfect was if we were able to use the body spa machine.

Nice stay with a couple of disappointments

The stay at Tamarisk 306 was good overall. They are a few things that the owner must remedy immediately, especially with this kind of pricing. - Access to the slopes (Silverquick Chair) is not too bad. Walking will take 10 minutes at least and you will need to pay for a locker ($25) to change your shoes (walking with ski shoes will destroy your feet, due to the distance). The other option is to take a free shuttle (stop is near residency), but that will take longer overall, to reach the sky lifts. - Property was cleaned overall. There are two things the Owner must remedy: 1) The second bedroom has a musty smell in it. My partner qualified it as Body odors.... I suspect that the window is never open or something else. Fortunately, we did not have to sleep in it. 2) The Master Bathroom has a very strong stench in it. I had to run the fan all day long and close the door to the bedroom to not smell the rotten odor coming from the shower drain. When taking a shower, the drain is clogged and you wade in your own dirty water. The smell may be caused by black mold or other stuff. Keep in mind the building is 52 years old and the drain may need a serious and professional cleaning. Maintenance has been notified (not sure they can do something in the short time between rentals). - In the kitchen, the frying pans are completely gone and the knives have no sharpness left, presenting a risk in itself. Owner should buy a new set of cooking knives from IKEA. I wish I could write more....
