Staff was so welcoming. Super dog friendly. Upgraded to Mountain View extra special for my friend visiting from Australia who had never seen snow. Kelly at the bar was super helpful finding bowls for my puppies and Miles was the perfect waiter at dinner.

Mountain views are exceptional from The Lodge perched on a cliff at over 10,000 ft. We had a mini-suite with a king bed, fireplace, and kitchenette. The on-demand shuttle service was great, and the driver, Chris, made the trips into town more enjoyable. We'll definitely stay again.

I booked a stay at this lodge and after my reservation was confirmed, I was surprised to see an added “animal fee,” even though I did not have or bring a pet. I tried resolving the issue through both the booking site and the property, but the charge was not corrected and the communication was disappointing. Overall, this experience made me hesitant to book here again. I recommend confirming all possible fees directly with the property before finalizing a reservation to avoid surprises.

My stay at The Lodge at Breckenridge was absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful, perfectly perched to showcase some of the most breathtaking mountain views I’ve ever seen. The location couldn’t be better—peaceful, scenic, and just a short drive to downtown Breckenridge. Mark, our host, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and the entire hotel staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The on-site restaurant was excellent as well, with great food and an atmosphere that matched the view. I can’t recommend The Lodge at Breckenridge highly enough—it’s truly a gem in the mountains.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping was wonderful. The room amenities were excellent and our Mountain View was exceptional. The only negative we had were. The pillows were awful and the mattress was a bit too firm. Otherwise I would highly recommend this property.
