Wonderful condo

Very spacious condo. Wildlife right outside the back deck. My only complaint which is of no fault of Toby, but we had some noisy (like real noisy) people above us for the last 2 nights. Again this is no fault of Toby's, but it is important to note that there is a condo above you. Other than that one issue, this was a fantastic place to stay. Well kept and spacious.

Great ski in/out location

The home was wonderful. The shared pool/hot tub is on the far side of the other building on the property, so not very convenient, but that didn’t bother us. Having a unit above us with loud occupants was a little annoying, but the property managers did what they could to mitigate. The unit was very cozy with a great layout for our family of 4. The ski rack inside the front door was perfect. Overall, excellent property! Would definitely stay here again!

Truly Ski In Ski out

Superb location. Spacious for the 3 of us. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much anything you need. Only 2 cautions- the washer and dryer are very small and the dryer takes several cycles to dry. The shower is a little finicky on temperature.

For a fantastic ski-in and ski-out property, this fully met expectations. A walk down the corridor to the breezeway and click-click you were off on Four O'clock run to the ski-lift.

Great ski in, ski out location at Breckinridge

Two bed, two bath was more than enough for 2 of us. Lower Four O'Clock run takes you right outside the condo. In the morning you can ski down to the snowflake lift or walk 2 blocks to the gondola. Great location. Well equiped condo. Covered garage parking. Will stay there again in a future visit.

Summer Stay in Breckenridge

This was our first time staying in the area in the summer months. Great, central location for quick access to downtown Breckenridge and plenty of day hikes in Breck and Frisco area. Kids enjoyed their own bedroom/beds and bath. Loved the large kitchen and open living area. SO many mountain activities... gondola, chair lifts, kids adventure activities, mountain biking, etc.

Fabulous ski in/ ski out property!

We absolutely loved staying here for our ski trip. It’s a great location. We could ski right to the chair lift each morning, and ski home each day. The kids LOVED sledding on the 4 o clock hill each evening right outside, and building snowmen right outback! The updated kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs! Thank you for making our Breck stay so comfortable and fun!!!! We can’t wait to return.

Everything you need and an incredible ski resort

As the description promises, this is a true ski in/ski out located off the 4 o'clock run. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated with a well-stocked kitchen. Toby was super helpful before we arrived, and the management company checked in throughout the trip to make sure we didn't need anything. The condo is a short walk down the hill into town, and ubers/lyfts are easy to come by if you dont want to walk backnup the hill. We went into town a couple of times. The restaurants our hosts recommended were great. Our family would absolutely stay here again.

Nice skiing you

This property delivered on everything it promised. The location was our favorite. That and evening visits to the hot tub and pool after a day of skiing. We walked to town one morning and caught the bus back to the snowflake lift and walked the rest of the way. Groceries just around the bend and a well stocked kitchen to prepare anything we cooked. We hope to be back next year and do it all over again.

Great location!

My family enjoyed this property with one exception - the humidifiers did not work effectively and left us miserably dry. Otherwise, the property was well maintained, with many kitchen appliances and tools, and it was easy to ski in and ski out. Really nice ski town, and having a 4WD made accessing restaurants and shopping downtown easy.

We had a great time at this property. Our only recommendation would be to have more accessible apps on the TV. And more throw blankets, couch pillows. The Location could not be any more great!! The property manager was very responsive and the place was extremely Clean. Our family had a blast!!!

Well equipped

Stayed in the fall for 5 days. Unit was very clean and well stocked. Great location for trips to the town but not an easy walk for older folks. On a steep hill about .75 mi from town. We had a fun stay just touring the area. Thanks!

Wonderful condo, great location for skiing

We loved the condo - well appointed and fantastic location for skiing. Easy to ski down to the Snowflake lift and from there could ski all over... headed home for lunch everyday, then back out for some afternoon runs. Kids practiced snowboarding on the Four o’clock run right behind the condo.

Beautiful Condo - Terrible Noise!!

The condo itself was very nice, as advertised. HOWEVER, the second day we were there, LOUD construction started in the unit directly above us. Hammering, sawing, scraping, crashing of materials being dropped off, IT WAS AWFUL!! This went on incessantly from 9am until 5 pm daily. Very loud and distruptive. Couldn't sleep in, couldn't have a peaceful lunch, couldn't even watch tv. Pretty much had to be out of the condo during those hours to get any peace and quiet. I called 'Nick' at Breckenridge Resort Managers to ask if there was anything that could be done for us and , while he was polite, basically said that there was nothing that he could do about the noise problem related to the construction. He said that was an issue between the home owner and the condo association (HOA). He said that he could possibly move us to another condo in another complex but it was not a 'ski in and ski out' and was about 5-10 m in walk to the ski lift. I told him that was not what we paid for and he said that was the best he could do and he wasn't even certain that he had that unit available. No resolution. I feel that if there is going to be construction on or near a unit someone is renting that the renter should be notified at the time the reservation is being made. So bottom line- we spent quite a bit of money on our lodging and had a very noisy, uncomfortable stay for our annual ski vacation. A real bummer.....

Great Ski in Ski Out location

Four day spring ski trip with my sons. Great location next to 4 Oclock run. Walk right out of the building, strap on the skis and ski down to the snowflake lift. (its a very short walk across the road). At the end of the day, take the longest run on the mountain and end up at your door step. Awesome. Condo was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
