You’ll also have access to the hot tubs, pool, and workout facilities in the Village — and Breck’s Main Street is only steps away. You and your group will love this place!

This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom premium condo is the perfect year-round retreat for families or groups of up to seven — and since both bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms, it’s also perfect for two couples to share! The living area has a large flat-screen TV, upscale furnishings, and a gas fireplace; it’s a wonderful place to relax after a long day of skiing, mountain biking, or exploring historic Main Street Breckenridge. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, as well as all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from après-ski snacks to full mountain meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has room for six at the dining table and two at the counter.

In addition to easy access to skiing and downtown Breckenridge, you’ll love the hotel amenities like a shared hot tub, underground parking, and gym facilities. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- Master suite: King bed, private bathroom with large walk-in tile shower and 2 sinks, flat-screen TV, love seat. (sleeps 2)
- Suite 2: twin-over-queen bunk bed, private bathroom with tub/shower, flat-screen TV, love seat. (sleeps 3)
- Living area: queen sofa sleeper. (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski-in, ski-out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this condo for a Wednesday-Sunday spring break with 3 young kids. I cannot emphasize enough how great the location is, particularly for kids and particularly if you hate carrying around a bunch of ski gear for them. The Peak 9 ski school and QuickSilver lift are a 90 second walk out the front door, and in between are several rental locations for skis and places to grab a bite or drink. There is also access to a great pool/hot tub/game room area that our kids loved going to after skiing for the day (accessible without even having to go outside), and you're right across the street from the south end of downtown Main Street. The unit itself was clean, well-appointed with kitchen stuff, and had plenty of room for all of us (there is a trundle bed under the bunk bed which was perfect). Property manager was proactive about checking in to see if we needed anything and available with any questions. Very highly recommended.

Walk out the double doors and there are 4 different ski/snowboard places that takes about 1min and the slope's(peak 9)and a chair lift were within a few feet away. If you’re hungry there is a quaint little place called The Maggie where you can get lunch and/or cocktails if you prefer that. This place is almost perfect.

Does not have any set up so come with all spices, coffee, condiments. Also bring a long robe to walk to the pools/hot tub and game room as it is through the cold parking garage but not hard to get to. The game and pool area is fantastic and staff at front desk were kind. We will def stay again
