It’s spacious and features plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax; you’ll love the private hot tub, too. Your group will thank you for booking it!

Village Point Getaway is a 4-bedroom + den, 3-bathroom spacious townhome that’s perfect for families and groups of up to 12 people. The spacious floor plan seamlessly flows from the kitchen to the living area, where you’ll find a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and comfortable leather seating for taking in a movie or the morning snow report. The kitchen has beautiful counters, stainless-steel appliances, and everything you need to whip up breakfast before hitting the slopes — and memorable mountain dinners, too! There’s seating for six at the dining table, and room for four more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include parking for two vehicles, a full-sized washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi — and don’t forget about that private hot tub! Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.
