WHAT TO EXPECT

Arrival and Departure
-Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM.
-Early check-ins and Late check-outs are subject to availability.
-A Digital Guidebook is provided before arrival.
-Lock codes are provided 1-hour before check-in subject to signing the Rental Agreement.
-All interactions are virtual, but our office team and ground crew are available for assistance.

Occupancy and Pets
-The total number of guests at the property must not exceed the number listed in the booking. The guest count should reflect the correct number of adults (12+), children (2+), and pets. A nightly extra guest fee may apply for guests above the standard occupancy up to the maximum number of allowable guests.
-Dogs are allowed. (Maximum of 1 dog), any other types of animals require approval. All pets except for Service Animals are subject to a Pet Fee per pet.
-Dogs should not be left unattended in units if there is potential for them to bark and disturb neighbors or damage the property.
-Respectful Noise Levels: Let's keep the peace! Keep the volume down so all can enjoy their time here. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Amenities
-Your unit will be stocked with a starter set of consumables including toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee filters, etc. Additional supplies should be provided by the guest.
-This unit provides cable television.
-There is whole-house AC.
-The main-level fireplace is wood burning. The lower-level fireplace is gas. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased on our website and conveniently delivered to your rental or purchased from other local vendors. Impress your family and friends with breakfast bundles, charcuterie boards, and other local products, also available for delivery!
-There is a fire pit in the backyard.
-This unit has a propane grill; propane is supplied.
-No Unauthorized Fires: State and Local Laws regulate the use of fire pits, grills, other open flames, and fireworks. Only use provided grills and fireplaces; permits are required to use fire pits in NH.

Driving Access, Parking, and Entryway
-Remember this area is home to many residents and children. Please follow posted speed limits and drive carefully for the safety of our community.
-Parking is limited to 2 CARS. Additional parking is available across from unit 11, a short walk from the condo!
-Each property has parking limits based on capacity and/or potential rules of the Homeowner's Association. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed.
-Access from parking to the front door does not require climbing stairs

Trash and Recycling
You can leave trash and single-stream recycling in the unit at the end of your stay. Your rental includes disposal of your trash after your stay. Additional pickups are available for a fee.

Disclosures
-Gas fireplace on the lower-level is out of order.
-A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations
-Cancellation policies are followed to ensure fairness to all guests and owners. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance as exceptions cannot be made.
-Rural homes may encounter pests like bears, mice, lady beetles, and wasps. To minimize this, we ask that trash not be left outside. We actively manage these situations while prioritizing environmentally friendly methods and limiting the use of chemicals.

Fantastic getaway retreat

Perfect for all seasons

This is a lovely well maintained property. The owners are available for questions and responded quickly when I had questions. It had everything we needed for a group of 12 people (five kids and seven adults). The area was great for our needs in the middle of attractions and towns of interest. We could hike out of our back yard and I suspect ski out in the winter. I would highly recommend this property.

My wife and I recently stayed here with a group of friends and had the best time! The place was very clean, spacious and just steps away from the slopes which made it convenient for lunch breaks. The kitchen was well stocked and we spent most of our time enjoying each other’s company around the beautiful fireplace and taking in views of Mt Washington. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to/from the condo which made it very convenient for going out to dinner. The owner was very responsive and happy to accommodate us. It truly felt like a vacation getaway and we’ll definitely be back to enjoy it again!

Wonderful property with attention to detail and a fabulous location!

We had a fabulous weekend stay in Diana's condo. The short 1 min drive to Bretton Woods ski lodge allowed to us maximize our time on the slopes. The space was perfect for our three families. We enjoyed the cozy fireplaces and so much attention to detail (e.g., well-equipped kitchen, coffee beans, sandwich bags, etc) made this an enjoyable stay. We are looking forward to returning soon!

Fabulous house in an even better location!

We had a wonderful time at this fabulous Bretton Woods condo. Located walking distance to the slopes (or a shuttle ride) this spacious condo was the perfect home base for our group. We had a mixed crowd and there was something for everyone including easy access to explore the Nordic center, winter hiking, and, of course, downhill skiing. The property was extremely clean and fairly well equipped for the weekend. The beds were comfortable and linens are provided. We enjoyed sitting by the fire and taking in the views. We can’t wait to return!

Fantastic Ski Weekend

My family and another family rented this property for a weekend of skiing and we had a wonderful time. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations and the responsiveness of our hosts. The location is great , a very quick (2 minute) on demand shuttle ride to the base of Bretton Woods. The condo is very spacious with five very nicely furnished bedrooms and a great living room with a beautiful fire place. There is also a bonus room downstairs where the kids could hang out and play board games or watch TV. The kitchen is very well stocked. All in all a great choice! We will be back.

Fun MLK weekend on the Mountain

We went to Brettom Woods for the second year with a family we came with last year. It was the perfect set up for 2 couples and 4 boys. The boys enjoyed their own area downstairs. The house was very clean and neat. Not lots of interesting dining options in area so we brought all our own food and cooked. It was cold outside (-4 at one point) and yet we stayed warm and happy. Being on the mountain helped the kids come in from that cold to warm up, then back out again. Diane and Gary were helpful and hospitable. We would definitely stay there again.

New Year's Weekend Family Gathering at Bretton Woods

Our rather large gathering (10 adults) of extended family fit very comfortably in this unit. It had a view of Mt, Washington and was easily accessible to the slopes. We have rented at Bretton Woods before and this was one of our favorite accommodations. The pictures of the interior online accurately captured the interior and surrounding site. It was a very cold weekend so we really enjoyed the fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, wine glasses,cutlery and cookware for our large group. The owner was prompt in responding when communicating prior to our arrival. There are not many 5 bedrooms available so we were pleased to have found one that exceeded out expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends.
