Walk into this home to be greeted by a stunning view of the fabled ski slopes of Bretton Woods sprawling in front of your eyes, so close you can almost touch them. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a wood-burning fireplace to cozy up to on a cold winter's night, and two living areas with large TVs and ample seating plus a pool table, this is a perfect home for a family vacation or a group traveling together. The kitchen was recently renovated, and guests have been raving about the well stocked, new kitchen with new appliances, cabinets and countertops. As an upgrade, we also replaced toilets and a new mattress in the master bedroom. Add a Wii system and DirectTV with ESPN, and you just may not want to leave!
Situated in the popular Mount Washington Place neighborhood, less than 2 minutes from the ski slopes and the iconic OMNI Mount Washington Hotel, this vacation home is an end unit, offering privacy and views of the ski trails on one side and the woods on the other, and gives easy access to all the attractions that make the White Mountains such a popular 4-season destination. There are even on site hiking trails - including an easy loop through beautiful forest and the moderately challenging Little Mount Deception trail, which opens up to a stunning view of Mount Washington, and a shared tennis court!

WHAT TO EXPECT
Arrival and Departure
Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-ins and Late check-outs are subject to availability. A Digital Guidebook is provided before arrival. Lock codes are provided 1-hour before check-in subject to signing the Rental Agreement. All interactions are virtual, but our office team and ground crew are available for assistance. Occupancy and Pets
The total number of guests at the property must not exceed the number listed in the booking. The guest count should reflect the correct number of adults (ages 12+), children (ages 2+). A nightly extra guest fee may apply for guests above the standard occupancy up to the maximum number of allowable guests. This is not a pet-friendly home. Undisclosed pets may result in immediate termination of the rental. Respectful Noise Levels: Let's keep the peace! Keep the volume down so all can enjoy their time here. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Amenities
Your unit will be stocked with a starter set of consumables including toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee filters, etc. Additional supplies should be provided by the guest. Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, with beds made and fresh towels waiting for you upon arrival. This unit provides Satellite TV. This unit has a newly installed AC. The main-level fireplace is wood burning. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased on our website and conveniently delivered to your rental or purchased from other local vendors. Impress your family and friends with breakfast bundles, charcuterie boards, and other local products, also available for delivery! This unit has a propane grill. Any grill or other open flame must be used 10 feet from the building. Use of a fire pit at this property is not permitted. No Unauthorized Fires: State and Local Laws regulate the use of fire pits, grills, other open flames, and fireworks. Only use provided grills and fireplaces; permits are required to use fire pits in NH. Driving Access, Parking, and Entryway
Remember this area is home to many residents and children. Please follow posted speed limits and drive carefully for the safety of our community. Parking is limited to 2 CARS. Parking area and front entry are monitored via camera. Each property has parking limits based on capacity and/or potential rules of the Homeowner's Association. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed. The property is situated in a quiet mountain setting, accessible via scenic town roads and a private, HOA-maintained dirt/packed gravel road. Access is easy in warmer months. In winter, especially during or after snowfall, conditions can be more challenging. An AWD/4WD vehicle and/or snow tires are strongly recommended. The HOA professionally plows the private road, although weather conditions may still affect driving. Access from parking to the front door requires climbing 2 steps. Trash and Recycling You can leave trash and single-stream recycling in the unit at the end of your stay. Your rental includes disposal of your trash after your stay. Additional pickups are available for a fee.

Great Stay Overlooking Bretton Wood Ski Resort!
Had a wonderful time in this spacious and comfortable condominium. The weather might not have been "winter perfect" but MWP66 was great and worked perfectly for us! Plenty of space to be together as a family during the day and evening and plenty of privacy when we went to bed at night. We highly recommend this unit and would absolutely love to come back again!

Charming winter hideout!
Condo was charming and cozy! Kitchen was well stocked and having the pool table in the basement was a fun activity for the kids while we weren’t out on the slopes! Highly recommend!
