Sunlit townhome at Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster- central A/C, pool privilege's

This bright and sunny patio style residence in paradise awaits your arrival. It features a more private location in the secluded cul-de-sac of Howland Village Circle. It is one of the Resort’s rare end units with its own walkway, large patio and plenty of green grass to create space and enjoyment. Amenities include central A/C, gas grill, washer/dryer, WI-FI internet, large screen televisions, as well as complimentary coffee and luxurious bath products. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area has seating for 6.

Includes access to Ocean Edge Amenities, including Tennis, Pickleball, Basketball, fitness centers, pools and indoor and outdoor jacuzzis. Fletcher’s indoor lap pool and indoor jacuzzi, with fitness room and locker room is within walking distance. The Resort charges a fee of $27/adult and $10/child to enjoy these privileges. Children 5 and under are free.

Enjoy the many wonderful things to do in Brewster. The Cape Cod Rail Trail, boasting countless miles for biking and walking, is within a short walking distance. Explore the famous Brewster Flats and the Nickerson State Park, with hiking trails and kayaking. Captain’s 36 hole Golf Course is a short two miles away. Enjoy the abundance of seafood and ocean fun. Consider a day trip to P-town or ferry ride to The vineyard.

bugs bites at night

My family and I stayed in this property for a week during the summer. Cape Cod is Beautiful and the activities we did in Cape Cod were amazing including the great food, beaches, and great towns. However, Our stay in the property was not pleasant. The owner called me ahead of our vacation and mentioned that we had to bring our own bed sheets. It seemed odd to me because this has never happen to me before. He said that there are no bed sheets because He did not have laundry service. I did not think anything of it until we slept a few nights at the townhouse and bug bites started appearing on people in my party including the kids. We did not think anything of it since we were out and a few mosquito bites r normal. But we started monitoring the bug bite every night before every one would go to sleep and the next day, more bites would appear. In addition we started researching the differences between mosquito bites and bedbug bites. The bites appearing on my family looked like the bedbug bites online. We ended up leaving our trip early so that we would not have to sleep at the townhouse for another night. In addition we ended up throwing away all the sheets, bedding, pillows, and luggage/bags/cloths. The remaining items we brought home, were put in garbage bags we bought from the store and sealed them with packing tape. The actual stay at this property made our vacation extremely unpleasant and stressful. I would not recommend staying here unless the bedbugs are gone.

Brewster vacation

Excellent vacation in Brewster! Paul was an excellent host and would communicate very quickly. Condo was extremely clean with updated appliances. Location was great and close to many attractions. Ocean edge pool and restaurants were great. Paul was fantastic and my family would definitely comeback in the future!

Host was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communications. Condo listing was complete and accurate. Condo was clean, with newer appliances and furniture, nicely decorated, and stocked with several necessities. Neighborhood was quiet with minimal traffic. Highly recommended.

Wedding on the Cape

We came to Cape Cod for a family wedding and had a great time. The condo was perfect. It was in a quiet area that provided for a relaxing time between all the wedding affairs. If we return to Cape Cod for another vacation, we will look into getting this same condo. Excellent time!!

Brewster Condo Vacation

This is our second summer stay at this condo and it is such a relaxing place to be. The condo is close to the pool (indoor and outdoor), basketball & pickleball courts and the walking trails around the property offers long or short exercise opportunities. The bike path can be caught on the Oceans Edge property and there are a few restaurants and ice cream places within walking or biking distance. The loft is perfect for our three kids as it has plenty of space for hanging out and sleeping with an on-loft bathroom/shower. The king bed in the master provides a great sleeping space. The bed is super comfy. The bureau and night stands could be larger and offer more storage space but I'm biased because I over pack and bring too many clothes :) Ultimately, Paul's place is lovely and I highly recommend it.
