Every employee was friendly and helpful. The Beach Bar was wonderful, the Front Lawn fun, and the Ocean Terrace was delicious and beautiful. Our room #226 in the East Wing was clean, large, quiet and beautiful. The only negative was the price - with taxes and fees $725/night.

The international staff members are friendly, but when you are paying $1000/night+ at a resort, I expect there to be far better accommodations in the mansion, food not to ‘run out’ and accommodations when they have facility issues. Tennis courts not open when they should have been, battery on door lock died, causing me to miss a spa appointment as I couldn’t get into my room. Can’t recommend for this price point.

We had a wonderful stay, and although the stuff seemed to just be wrapping up for the summer, they did a wonderful job and met all of our dynamic needs as a large group. We will be back!

We traveled off season but there were a number of issues. Starting off with limited staffing. We waited more than an hour past check-in for our room. The heater broke in one room which was replaced by a space heater and a complementary breakfast but the roof was leaking in the restaurant. Maybe it is better to visit in the high season but for the rate, I did expect more.
