Room was clean and nice enough, reception staff friendly however one of the lifts weren’t working, breakfast was poor and wasn’t restocked properly and they were clearly understaffed. Lots of tables were free but they were full of plates and half eaten food/no cutlery etc so there was nowhere to sit. Health club staff didn’t seem very friendly, pool was really cloudy (not sure why which concerned me a little) and the layout was strange (having to walk though the gym to get to the pool) surprised there hasn’t been any accidents in the past from gym members slipping on the wet floor.

Lovely, friendly staff at the hotel. The room was OK, but a few things lacking that avoided me rating 4 stars. 2 bedside lamps didn’t work, the bathroom was very small. There wasn’t an adjustable shower (just the waterfall shower head), which wasn’t pictured when selecting the room online. Overall, OK for a short stay.

Room was a good base for our stay, had everything you needed and the shower pressure was amazing!! The breakfast was lovely! A wide selection of choices were available but the seating wasn’t always cleared away and there weren’t many tables free. The gym was good enough for an upper body workout but not much for legs. The pool, sauna and steam room were clean. All in all a lovely stay!! Topped off nicely by the reduced parking fee!
