Central hotel, close to shops, restaurants & transport. Room was smaller than I expected & needed some renovation, water was leaking through the door when showering & there was a crack in the ensuite light covering, which I mentioned to the receptionist at checkout. Room was reasonably priced, which was why I chose it.

Had to switch rooms when first checked in as there were maintenance issues upon check in; then had to request a cleaning service after the initial clean since there was sand all over bed. Very small room.

Car park was too tight had to use the other one. No where to drop off luggage so had to drag it. Asked for a bag of chips and the receptionist said we dont have any despite what the in room card said. Had to ask for directions 3 times to find the dreadful carpark to have to get a tradie to help me reverse out down the alley as there was no where to turn, So do not attempt to park there is your car is larger than a Mazda 3

The location is perfect , because it's close to train station , specially when coming from Brisbane international airport late at night. The bed was very comfortable . Big size TV , could not find safe box in room, which surprised?.
