Guests tell us they love chilling out on our funky 'Zen' chair!

This home has 2 comfy spacious lounge rooms and 4 bedrooms, main with ensuite and can sleep 8 in total.

Fully fenced and pet-friendly too!

Garage has remote door and internal entry to house.

Full security screens, air-conditioning in both living areas and main bedroom, ceiling fans in other rooms.

Kidman Place

Kidman Place was a warm and inviting home, situated in an extremely convenient location with a fantastic array of shops and eateries in a very short distance, made our trip very relaxing. Communication with the host was top notch, always received a reply to any questions promptly and the neighbourhood is delightful. Home is very spacious with lots to offer we recommend to all.

Exceptional Stay at Kidman Place - Highly Recommended!

Our stay at Kidman Place was very comfortable. We are locals and stayed at this lovely property while our home nearby was being renovated. Being able to stay close to the kids school and shops/cafes we are familiar with was very convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and Stephen was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The property was immaculately clean and exactly as described in the listing. The house is beautifully presented and spacious, providing all the comforts of home. The double garage was also a big plus for us as we had our two cars with us. The home was also great for our cat, with secure areas and ample space. The little touches, like the well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds, made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Kidman Place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home away from home.

Kidman place. Overall excellent for what we needed as a family with kids and an elderly member.

Great spacious home. Easily accessible, private property in a lovely quiet area. The bbq wasn't the cleanest (a reminder to future guests it is your responsibility to read the guest book and leave the property as requested). In saying that there were other parts of the house that were unclean on our arrival (bathroom floors, frequently touched services eg cupboard/door handles). Wasn't a major or any trouble for me to do a quick spray and wipe, and certainly doesn't change my high rating and recommendation of Kidman Place to other travellers.

Beautiful pet friendly home

Very well appointed, everything was as advertised, seperate living areas so the oldies can have a space to themselves whilst we had the theatre room. Very convenient location for all the shops. Close to some of the best cafes for that morning coffee. Thanks Stephen for hosting us and the prompt replies.

A fabulous family home

What a great place. It’s huge but not overwhelming, the layout has been really well considered. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a great area. And the bed is soo comfortable. If the house was available, we definitely would have stayed longer.
