Good value and has abit of everything

Rooms are small but realistically dont need much. Condition is good and newish Kitchen great to have Deying function on washing maching hit and miss. Stayed over 5 different weeks, and only 2 of 5 times did the washing abd dryer actually dry the clothes But still good amenities to have

Excellent location.

Location location location This place can’t be beat for location. Cinema, great coffee, restaurants, bus stops. Say no more. The only thing that let it down was the bed. Not great. Also room wi-fi went down during our stay, and the tv could only play free to air after that - but we don’t go on holiday to watch telly so not a big deal.

Stayed for the Lions Rugby tour match in Brisbane. Stayed a week and played golf Accommodation was superb and would recommend it to anyone. Ended up hiring a car and paid the extra for secure parking. A great lace with eating places all around.

Everything is digital (key access) and communication is via email or phone. Loved the location, food options and supermarket within the vicinity. Room was good only thing was beside tables were dusty and no mattress protector just the sheet. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay!

Nice room and placement; only complaint was heat of shower and water; barely warm at all after running water for five minutes which they stated was the normal temperature. My partner wouldn’t use the shower at all as too cold for him.

Great spot in the city The location was super convenient, right near the heart of Brisbane. Parking was easy, and there were plenty of good restaurants and cafes just a short walk away.

We arrived via public transport and had a little trouble locating the building. 148 Logan Road/Stanley House is part of a multi-tower development with no obvious numbers. Stanley House is close to the Ha'ne Sushi Restaurant. The room was compact and the King Sized bed was a tad too big for the room. Other than that, it was clean and well appointed with an excellent bathroom and shower. The washing machine was a plus. We did have issues with entry. Rambla use a Flexipass app where the phone gives access to building, lift and room. This failed one time and had to be reset (which took a few minutes). There was also the option of a "physical key" - actually a electronic key fob - which we arranged to pick up. However, the key fob only worked intermittently. We understand we are not the first to have problems here. With no reception, assistance is by phone call/message.The number shows as a +1300 number (which is a US number), but it is actually just an Australian 1300 number. The responses were generally prompt. The local staff were cleaners who were friendly and helpful.

Mixed Experience – Great Room, Poor Access Technology I recently stayed and while the room and location were good, the technology used to access the building, lift, and room was extremely unreliable. When I arrived, nothing was working and I had to be buzzed in remotely. At one point I had to resort to using the fire escape just to get to my level. The access system caused multiple issues during my stay, and I was locked out after a morning run, which made me late for a course I was attending. This kind of issue makes it hard to relax – you go out for food or errands and risk not being able to get back in unless someone else lets you in. Judging by other reviews, this isn’t a one-off problem, and it seriously impacts the overall experience. The accommodation itself is great, but the unreliable access ruins the stay. Avoid going here – it’s just not worth the hassle.

Really loved the convenience of this place, it had a kitchenette and washer/dryer which helped us out a lot. You can also get mostly anywhere around Brisbane using the bus that stops right outside the hotel. 4 stars for communication because they emailed us at 12pm when our checkout was 11am to make sure to take the rubbish out…we were far gone by then. The AC was also very nice and kept us cool! Overall highly recommend and the staff were helpful on everything we asked!

We recently stayed at this Rambla SouthBrisbane SQ and, while the apartment itself was clean and as expected, the overall experience was unfortunately disappointing. We were advised at 13:42 that our room was ready, only to be told minutes later that it was still being cleaned. After waiting outside for a while we had to call at 15:20 to check on the progress, but were told they couldn’t confirm when it would be available. At 16:00, we tried accessing the room and thankfully accessed the key in the lockbox. I then received a message at 16:12 with an apology and an offer of a late checkout, which was appreciated but came after considerable inconvenience. Later that evening, housekeeping kindly offered my mother two movie tickets as a gesture of goodwill. However, at 3am, the fire alarm was triggered, and the entire building had to evacuate. There was no coordination during this event, and no communication to inform guests and residents when it was safe to return. This was extremely distressing and disruptive, particularly for my mother, who is nearly 80 years old. It significantly impacted her visit to Brisbane. While I acknowledge the efforts to apologize and make amends, the combination of delayed check-in and a poorly managed emergency situation made for a stressful and disappointing stay. I hope these issues can be addressed to ensure better experiences for future guests. Thank you.
