This new 1 bedroom apartment is in the heart of Brisbane, only a few minutes walk to South Bank, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes just on your doorstep. Only 600 meters away from Brisbane City, Casino and much more. Also, have access to world-class amenities.

You are more than welcome to explore the apartment during your stay. Within the complex, you will have access to our beautiful indoor pool as well as entertainment areas and a full gym (level 40). Your white room card will give you access to the front doors, lift and room door.

If you are looking for something to do after dinner you have the buzzing entertainment hub that is the Southbank parklands, located right on the Brisbane River. There is plenty to keep you busy with a wide range of bars, pubs, night markets and entertainment such as the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, Gallery of Modern Art, Science Centre and Wheel of Brisbane.

For those shopping enthusiasts, Brisbane’s Queen Street Mall and the Wintergarden is only a short 10-minute walk from Brisbane Skytower. With all the designer and retail stores you know and love in one convenient location, there is sure to be something for everyone.

If watching live sports action is more up your alley, then you’re in luck, with Suncorp Stadium only a ten-minute drive from Brisbane Skytower. Here you can catch, The Brisbane Broncos, The Queensland Reds and the Brisbane Roar, as well as the Wallabies, The Australian Kangaroos and the Queensland Maroons at the State of Origin games when they are in town. Some of the biggest concerts by some of the world’s biggest stars are also held here throughout the year. If you are looking to watch some cricket or AFL, The Gabba is the place to be and is only a quick six-minute drive from Brisbane Skytower across the river to Woolloongabba.

Sorry, there is no parking allocated to the apartment there are a few different options around.

The closest secure parking is Apollo parking, but they are currently closed on the weekends and public holidays. We might have paid parking in Apollo parking available, but you need to contact us first to check availability.

There is also street parking around if you want to try your luck.

Another option is Wilson parking, AM60 is the code for the closest Wilson parking.

Myer parking is also a good option for guest only staying one night on the weekend.

I would recommend always book online since they normally have deals online.

There are plenty of public transport options. The apartment is only 5mins away from the biggest bus station and you can find a bus to literally anywhere. It`s also 7min away from central train satiation and there is also Eagle st ferry station just around the corner.

- We provide a free WiFi connection.

-Modern designed bathroom with a wide mirror, a clean sink, a water-efficient toilet bowl and spacious walk-in shower. Do not worry about bring your own shampoo, shower gel and etc. We will provide all these amenities for free.

- Lost of the key and access card will be charged $250.

- Strictly no party rule, up to $500 penalty.

- Our available hours are 8 am to 8 pm, after hour door opening will cost $50 for the call-out fee.

🔐 Check-In & Access

Check-in instructions will be provided on the day of arrival once all requirements have been completed.
Submission of a valid government-issued ID is mandatory.
Failure to provide a valid ID will result in delays in releasing check-in instructions.
Access details are confidential and must not be shared with anyone outside your registered booking.


📶 WiFi

WiFi is available inside the apartment.
The connection is suitable for regular browsing, streaming, emails, and general online use.
The WiFi is not suitable for high-bandwidth activities such as heavy downloads, large file transfers, crypto mining, or intensive commercial usage.

The kitchen includes essential cookware and utensils for light meal preparation.

We do not provide condiments (salt, oil, sugar, spices, etc.).
All dishes must be washed or placed in the dishwasher before check-out.
Dispose of leftover food properly.
Appliances must be cleaned and switched off after use.
Do not leave food scraps in sinks as this may cause blockages.
Failure to leave the kitchen in reasonable condition may result in additional cleaning fees.


🗑 Waste Disposal

Please dispose of rubbish properly:

Garbage chute is located on each level near the lifts.

House-Type Properties:
Rubbish bins are located outside the property.

Important:
Excessive rubbish left behind may incur a disposal charge starting at $50, depending on weight and type.
Oversized or commercial-level waste will incur higher charges.

Hazardous Waste (Strictly Prohibited):

Chemicals or paint
Batteries
Gas canisters
Medical waste or sharps
Biohazard materials
Large furniture items
Construction debris

If hazardous waste is found inside the property, a disposal fee of $100 or more will apply.

Operate using the remote control provided.
Please switch off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
Balcony doors and windows must remain closed while the air conditioning is running.
Damage caused by improper use may result in repair charges.

🚪 Check-Out Instructions

Standard check-out time: 10:00 AM

Before leaving, please:
Dispose of all rubbish properly.
Wash dishes or place them in the dishwasher.
Return furniture to its original arrangement.

Keys:

Non-carpark users: Leave keys on the kitchen bench.
Carpark users: Take your parking card, remove your vehicle, park temporarily outside then go back and leave keys on the kitchen bench inside the property,

Send us a photo showing where keys are left.
Do not leave keys at reception. Reception is a separate business.
Lost key penalty: $300 or more + locksmith fees + GST


🚭 No Smoking

This is a strictly smoke-free property.
Smoking inside the unit, on balconies, or anywhere on the premises is prohibited.
Penalty fee: $500 or more, plus additional cleaning and deodorizing costs if required.


🧹 Reporting Issues

Please report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 3 hours of check-in.
Issues reported after this timeframe will be considered as acceptance of the property’s condition.
We are always happy to assist — but prompt reporting protects both you and us.

L This was our honeymoon trip all up the east coast. Check in was tricky for us. This was a last minute booking so that could be the cause for such confusion but the host didn’t give information or details until checkin time 3:00 the day OF. Responding to my messages only hours before our stay which was not ideal. We had to go to a store for the key but the store was having dinner or something and was closed for an hour so we had to wait. We waited and they needed the full reservation and details which I had screenshots of as the internet connection wasn’t working. They gave us a hard time about screenshots but after 7 minutes of stress and the pages not loading they accepted the screenshots. It was really stressful after a 5 hour day of driving. We had a rental car and must’ve missed there wasn’t parking. We finally found a parking garage that wasn’t full or too far 50 a day later. The view in the bedroom is super cool except for the construction going on fight outside that started well before 7am, which kicked off our day nice and early. If you’re good for an adventure go for it!
