â Pet Policy & Fees â
We understand that pets are part of the family, and weâre happy to welcome them with a few guidelines in place to help maintain the home to a high standard for all guests. A $50 pet fee per pet applies, which helps cover the additional costs associated with deeper cleaning after pet stays, including extra cleaning and regular flea fumigation to keep the property fresh and comfortable.
Important conditions:
â Pets Indoors (Unauthorized):
If a pet is found inside the property without prior approval, a $100 additional cleaning fee will be charged to cover pet hair, odours, and any extra cleaning required.
â Damage to Grass or Landscaping:
If a pet causes damage to the lawn or landscaping, a $100 fee will apply to cover repair or restoration costs.
â Damage to Property:
Any damage caused by pets, whether indoors or outdoors, will incur a $100 fee to cover repairs or replacements.

Guests may access all areas of the property except the bottom floor which is Urban Getaway Studio. Entry is through the back door near the undercover car parking provided

Urban Getaway is close to the Ipswich CBD, local cafes, restaurants and is the gateway to the Scenic Rim! The local train station is a short walk away & Ubers readily available to whisk you away to one of Ipswichâs best food locations.
Getting Around:
There is more then ample parking on site, train station close buy and the usual Uber and taxi services available
Other Things to Note:
LATE CHECKOUT REQUESTS
Checkout is 10am on day of departure. No late checkout requests will be granted within 24 hours of checkout.
After 10:30am charges will begin at $40 per 15 minutes remaining in our property. Cleaners will arrive at 10:00am to confirm guests are departing and so that they can begin cleaning.
CHECKOUT PROCEDURE
please put all used towels on the bathroom floor.
Put any food scraps in the bin and place the garbage bag into the red bin for normal waste and yellow bin for recycling.
If you are checking out on a Sunday, please do us a favour and put the bins out on the sidewalk where the metal plate is to the left of the driveway as you look at Brisbane Road.
PLEASE RETURN KEYS TO LOCKBOX
Please follow check in instructions to return the two keys to the lockbox on the side of the shed.
Please close the driveway gate behind you and send us a message to confirm that you have locked the premises and are leaving.
