Check in was fast, to fast. Steps were missed and we were not only charged the full price for our stay the hotel also took additional charges each day 300+ a day yes they were temporary holds but it shouldn’t have happened if they had just slowed down at check in. The carpet needs to go it’s musty smelling, the bed was comfortable and clean it needs new pillows though. The bathroom was overall clean but we went and bought shower shoes as the bottom of the tub was pealing and looked like someone had pooped in it. Replace the bathtub. The doors were peeling around all of the edges like they had been chewed on. We went down for breakfast the first morning and there was urine and some poo from someone’s dog in the elevator. I advised the front desk. We decided against eating there after that. Next morning same thing. Our cards stopped working at some point and I had to go back down to have them fixed, the guy at the desk didn’t even ask for my name or any information other than the room number and he just handed me new key cards…that was scary. Checkout was crazy because of all of the extra charges on our card. The front desk staff was amazing, but we were worried about letting the cleaning staff in because of the conversation we overheard in the parking lot about guest rooms when they clean them. Over all we will not be staying there again and I would not recommend them to anyone. Travelocity will be made aware that the pictures posted on their site are not what you get.

Was on a Harley and thy allowed me and others to park near the entrance on the curb for security. Felt relieved and slept with no worry. Breakfast was perfect as was the kitchen staff.

Okay Hotel Seems to be Declining

This hotel was fine but it seems that it, and the area, are declining. At check in he let us know there was a list of nearby restaurants but most were closed. We found the same - one Mexican place and four pizza places. Check in staff was very personable and kind to our kids, but for example, though the cookies were on a baking tray they never made it into the display case. The room was fine, not notably big (or small). It seemed clean, no trash in the room, etc. The sign at the front desk had a paper sign over it listing new ownership. The breakfast area had a QR code to tip staff and two very persistent flies. They also loaded up inventory while we were in there for breakfast - a little off-putting to see a box of scrambled eggs product while you're eating scrambled eggs product. We appreciated that breakfast went until 10 and they didn't lock everything up at 10:01 like some hotels do. I liked that coffee was available all the time. We had no issues, it just seemed like a place declining rather than on the rise.

All of the staff were very nice. Breakfast was awesome! Pool is awesome! Not very much room to walk pets. I won't go into detail but be careful of strangers acting nice and strange out of no where like they are apart of your party or your guest to get the amenities the hotel offers. It was a very scary uncomfortable situation. Other than that experience the hotel was very pleasant! Quiet indoor hotel atmosphere and convenient location.They had fresh cookies as well, which was new to me! Dining room could use a lot more space but the food was awesome!

I got food poisoning at breakfast. And my room was over the hotel entrance. A motorcycle group gathered there to talk. I could hear guests unloading their cars with radios blaring.

Country Inn and Suites by Radisson was superb!!

I checked in after midnight and was so impressed by the welcome I received. The young lady behind the desk was so friendly and welcoming. After 10 hours on the road I wanted a quiet room and a comfortable bed and that is exactly what awaited me. The room was clean and comfortable and I had a great night's sleep! In the morning they had an excellent lobby breakfast and coffee. The Country Inn and Suites was superb. Thanks!!

It was a tired building. Attention to details is lacking. Lampshades need to be replaced, Mattresses and box springs need to be centered against the headboard, and toilets need to be maintained regularly so that they flush properly. However, it was clean, the staff were friendly, and the beds were comfortable.
