Amazing staff and service, They were very helpful and knowledgeable. The personalized touch is second to none and I only have positive things to say about this establishment, I would definitely recommend this place to others, and especially to friends and family. Loved this place and would definitely stay again, hopefully sooner than later! Thank you for making Brugge a wonderful experience. We loved it! Thank you so much!

This was a quick walk from the train station. We were welcomed by the nicest woman. She was excited to tell us all about Bruges. She recommended an excellent restaurant and provided a map of the area. Great directions to our upgraded room and where breakfast would be served. The room was comfortable. The water and coffee were good as was the special Belgium chocolate. Great location and cute hotel.

Modern clean central hotel. Can’t fault the public areas, food, service and location. Would highly recommend. Loved the decor and Xmas decorations.
The room was fresh modern - our only small comment is we had a ground floor room right at the back which was noisy and there was a patch of damp in the corner. But the benefits of the hotel far outweighed this. We loved it and would go back!

Our stay in Bruges was definitely enhanced by this choice of hotel.
The staff are extremely kind and helpful and the hotel is in an incredible location, close to everything, but quiet as well. It's also helpful that the hotel has a lift.
It's about a 15 min walk from the train station, but with luggage, it could be difficult due to the cobblestone streets. Taxis are available if need be for about 11 Euros.
We booked with breakfast included and it's worth it. Good quality and a variety of breakfast items to choose from.
Overall, it was very comfortable, clean and luxurious and I cannot imagine staying elsewhere in Bruges should I make it out there again.
