The only thing I was alittle disappointed by was the breakfast foods (eggs and potatoes) were not hot. They were both barely warm. The made to order line was 5 or 6 people long the first morning stay so I got my food from they already prepared food. I loved the variety just food was not hot enough.

Posted Feb. 11, 2024 on HotelsOur stay was pretty comfortable but we’re a little put off by (1) noise (there was a wedding so there was a lot of noise in the hotel but outside our room, and (2) the smell of marijuana that came into the bedroom seemingly thru the vents (possibly also because of the wedding).

The hotel was in a mall parking lot. The hotel itself was great-just not the best location.

Good service, aging property
Posted Feb. 4, 2024 on HotelsThis is an older atrium-style hotel situated near a nearly vacant mall, which made it feel a little forlorn. Nice lobby bar and restaurant, good cooked/lots of choice breakfast, comfortable beds, and staff was very friendly and eager to be helpful. Very close to tons of restaurants etc though so is every other hotel. And this one is showing its age - that atrium and the breakfast area are dimly lit, the bathroom of our 2-queen suite was very small with rusty sconces, there were chips and scuffs in walls and baseboards, the lights were those gas station-like fluorescents, etc. nothing terrible and the place is clean but, it was more expensive than newer properties so I expected it to be nicer. I guess I was paying for the extra room (true suite, not a studio) but both rooms were small and there's no real kitchen. It was fine but I predict the place will be gutted and redeveloped when they raze that abandoned mall.
