I reserved a king suite with jaccuzi thru Expedia and upon arrival was told no such room exists!! I was not happy however the front girl Barbie did excellent and contacted Expedia to get it fixed the room rate. It was after a lot of work on her part! Several staff say this always happens with Expedia they say there are rooms that they do not have! I feel Expedia owes me compensation as the hot tub was the sole reason for choosing this hotel!!! I am not happy!!!!

Good experience here, pool heater was broken, which was unfortunate. Breakfast was yummy and well stocked. There were lots of options.
