Shower riser was broken so could not position it at appropriate height. Reported this to staff who said they would take a look, but they never did. Aside from that a good, clean, basic hotel. Did the job.

Very friendly, accommodating, and helpful staff. But the computer system is very slow. It took a long time to scan our passports. The WiFi is fast. And the hotel is clean. Good for a simple no frills stay at an unbeatable price and prime location.

It was OK.

The room was fine. The service was fine. It is very close to Hero's Square and the part, which is nice. It is a new hotel so I was surprised at how little room there was around the toilet. We essentially had to sit on it sideways. It would seem that a new hotel would have created a bit more room in the toilet.

Vents shared with upstairs, could hear their crying baby and singing. Breakfast had a limited selection and was the same everyday, if you’re vegetarian or eat halal you will have a hard time to find anything to eat except bread or cereal. Lack of staff, no one to greet us in the morning at reception or to check us in for breakfast so anyone could walk through. Paid extra for breakfast for no reason it seems. Some staff were not very friendly, 3 young girls chatting and gossiping at the front desk, was a bit uncomfortable waiting for them to finish laughing and talking to ask something. It was unprofessional. Pros: lots of plug sockets and Wi-Fi was good and reliable.

I enjoyed my stay with one exception: water pressure in the shower was terrible, and on one day (a Sunday) there was no hot water at 8am. (At noon, there was.) For that reason, I will be very reluctant to stay here again. (I assume there was no hot water on Sunday because the hotel was full, but not on the other days. But water pressure was very low all seven days.)
