The hotel has only been open a few months so everything in the room felt brand new. The room was spectacular. We did not eat in the hotel so can’t comment on that. The location is fantastic. Minutes from St Stephen’s basilica in one direction and the chain bridge in the other. We loved our stay.

Beautiful hotel, clean, good breakfast choice and easy walking distance to shops and surrounded by restaurants. Room had kitchenette with coffee machine and complimentary bottle of water which was replaced each day. Has a little pool (which I found too cold) sauna and steam room all in a beautifully furnished spa area. Great location near to chain bridge. Property next door is being renovated but this didn’t affect our stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a larger two bedroom suite, which really wasn’t needed! However the central location of the hotel was excellent as was the staff and the whole experience! Very close to the Chain Bridge, which made it very accessible for an evening stroll after dinner! Would definitely recommend and will return!

Check in was great ,they understood we needed separate beds and accomadated as paid for 3 beds even though a couple and we need our rest ,lovely staff so accomadating ,only down side breakfast good but not a wide selection of which I would expect for a 4 star hotel ,great location ,bedrooms plush and spa lovely ,sadly no large pool to swim ,,just minor ,would stay again as still parts being refurbished but certainly worth staying for many reasons ,will return for Xmas market in future as staff make you feel in a good mood

Hotel is lovely, room, bathroom & shower are a good size. Staff are all lovely, very friendly. Location is great, walkable to most if not all locations of interest. There was a lot of construction work around the hotel when we stayed, it didn’t impact our stay (only mentioned for awareness). Would definitely stay here again.

An excellent hotel

An excellent hotel, central and near to the river. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had two large suites, one of which we could see the funicular and chain bridge from the window. Near to restaurants and shops.
