2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We had a very disappointing experience at this property. We had to change rooms three times because every room had a different problem. The check-in process was difficult and stressful, and we experienced issues from the moment we arrived. The rooms did not even have toilet paper. They were not properly cleaned—there was hair everywhere, and the trash bin was still full of garbage left by the previous guests. The pillows and blankets did not have clean covers, which was completely unacceptable. The breakfast was terrible. One day we did not receive any breakfast at all. On the only day it was delivered, some of the food packages had already been opened and smelled very bad. There was also not enough bread for everyone. Overall, the cleanliness, service, and quality of this accommodation were far below expectations. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property to other travelers.

"I recently stayed at this hotel and I am very pleased with the experience. Although we arrived quite late and didn’t get much time to rest due to exhaustion, our overall experience was excellent. The hotel was impeccably clean, and everything was very functional and well-maintained. We were very satisfied with the service and the facilities provided. Thank you to the entire team for everything. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!"
