Hotel is wonderful. Because it's a relatively new development, parking is lmited. But can't say enough about the setting, the restaurant, or the accommodations.

The ladder to the “loft” is ridiculous and dangerous. Get a spiral staircase or a better architect. The cement floors are freezing. The Bathroom mirrors are placed awkwardly to the side of the sink. The towels are placed stupidly far away from the shower. The heating/cooling system soothes you to sleep with a constant chirp/hum. But the coffee is good.

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location near mainstreet and the river! It was perfect for the wedding we were attending. The lack of 5 stars was the staff, not personable (except for the manager, she was great!). They seemed bothered by us dropping by front desk to even check in or ask a question.

Very quiet and safe. However, you have to walk four blocks to get to the action on Main Street, FYI. Definitely the only decent hotel in town.

Gorgeous property and rooms! The restaurant and bar is amazing. Positive vibes and breathtaking views. It’s about a ten minute walk to Main Street and about a ten minute drive to the hot springs.

We stayed here and it was so great! Rooms are smaller but the balcony is amazing. We woke up in the morning to a wonderful view and drank mimosas outside our room in our pj’s and Uggs. Restaurant has no reservations and fills up fast, but it’s a prime place for Buena Vista so act fast. You can walk to every restaurant where possible if you’re a walker 15 minutes MAX one way. Super trendy, very clean and safe. Bed was so cozy and I am PICKY! Do yourself a favor and just book the stay.

We stayed in the chateau area of the hotel. Absolutely loved having the little area to ourselves and being able to walk down to the river. All the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We arrived early but the girl at the front desk was very nice and let us check in early because our room happened to be ready. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and had a great waiter and amazing food. The only negative I could say about the property was the construction. We stayed on a weekend so there was no construction happening and it didn't bother us at all but I'm just putting it out there for anyone that reads this review that there is construction happening at the hotel.
