Unwind and enjoy the waters of Lake Lanier in Buford at this lovely house. BOAT AND JET SKI RENTAL available for extra fee just ask! Amazing 2 story floating dock with swimming platform and stairs leading you in the beautiful clear waters. Your walk to the dock is short with a gravel path taking you down to your dock. GOLF CART is available to carry all your favorite water toys down to the lake. Dock is located in a cove just a minutes away from multiple marinas and restaurants on the water. If you don’t have a boat no problems this house is centrally located to all the Main attractions on and off the lake like Margarita Ville, Mall of Georgia, Top Golf, Indoor Arcade. If your looking to just enjoy a nice meal and relax and unwind on the balcony with a beautiful lake view this house is for you! With 4 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, 2 bathrooms with showers and an additional living room space with a cozy sofa bed, guests will find their stay here enjoyable. Amenities like a hair dryer, washing machine, iron, heating, WiFi, gas grill and AC are provided for a perfect getaway. Also have an ice machine to ice down your beverages. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right on the water. The house had everything we needed. We chose the option to rent the boat and the kids enjoyed tubing. Colby had great communication from start to finish, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! Really clean, spacious and the dock was great to swim off! Colby kept in great contact. This place has everything you need for a Great Lake stay. We didn’t take the option to rent the Jet Ski’s and boat but will definitely be back!
