The space
This expansive property comfortably accommodates large groups, making it an ideal choice for family and group getaways! With 6 bedrooms spread across 3 unique spaces, everyone will find their own haven of comfort.
- Main House: 3 Bedrooms / 3.5 Bath
- Casita (Attached to the Main House): 1 Bedroom / 1.0 Bath
- Guest House: 2 Bedroom / 2.0 Bath

Your lake experience wouldn't be complete without direct access to the water. The private dock and protected swimming area offer the perfect launchpad for water adventures. There are two kayaks at the property for guest use.

In Kingsland, you can rent boats, jet skis and everything you need to enjoy the lake. We are the Colorado River Arm which is perfect for all of your water sports, swimming, fishing and boating. Dock is available for guests to tie boats.

Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your own meals, and local grocery and restaurants are near by.

Amazing property

We had a few hiccups to start our stay, but this property is fabulous! Tons is space and the outdoor seating is top notch!!! The only drawback was the connectivity- sketchy inside the house and only a bit better outside. If not for that - it would have been 5 stars!!!

Amazing House and Bathrooms for Everyone

This house is amazing and we had an awesome stay for family Thanksgiving. I have stayed in many short term rentals, and this one was, by far, the most thoroughly stocked with everything you could need, especially in the kitchen. On top of that, the amenities were great; kayaks, games, a baller boat dock, etc. Also, there are enough bathrooms that nobody had to share, which is a nice bonus. Definitely recommend this property, and we will be back!
