No need to drive to the beach - just 3 minutes
2 bedrooms -1 double bed, the other rooms have 2 single beds and a bunk bed, sleeps 8 people and 2 are accommodated with mattress in the room, excellent location, near the local fire department with several shops such as bakery, pharmacies, banks, bars, Boulevard Canal Itajurú. Resturants and Pizzerias, close to everything not needing to use car for anything because you can do everything after.

Localização muito boa, próximo à praia do Forte.

Sobre o apartamento em questão, foi muito bom o pessoal gostou muito. As pessoas atenciosas e receptivas. Muito boa a localização. Houve um bom relacionamento com o Proprietário o Sérgio, atendeu-me muito bem durante as negociações e depois. Não tivemos problemas e também por ser próximo a praia. Deu tudo certo.

Bom custo benefício

O apartamento é ótimo, bem localizado, camas confortáveis, bem equipado e com um tamanho bom para acomodar uma família de até 6 pessoas. O único ponto a melhorar é a limpeza (o imóvel estava um pouco de poeira e os panos de prato estavam sujos). Mas ainda assim, pelo preço e outras comodidades valeu muito a pena! Eu recomendo.
