The penthouse has 2 floors and is located in a residential condominium in the Braga neighborhood, just 200 meters from the waterfront avenue.

The street and building are quiet and easily accessible. The property offers excellent facilities, providing comfort, functionality, and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Note: The air conditioning in the living room is disabled for use.

Note:

I - The building's hot tub can be used by scheduling at the front desk, and is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm;

II - The gym is available for use; just pick up the key at the front desk;

III - Sauna is under maintenance with no estimated completion date yet;

Guests who make a reservation will have access to the entire space, with the only exception being cabinets that are locked;

Keys will be provided on-site by the administration and handed to the guest, who will have access to the entire space as well as the common areas of the condominium according to the conditions stated in this listing.
