The host responded to our questions quickly and politely. The rental was very comfortable with all the amenities as described. We were pleasantly surprised by the snacks and especially the delicious coffee. Everything was clean, air conditioners and TVs were working well.

The property does not have ocean view, and the beach is 14 minutes by driving. Web need to be updatedVery dificult communication with the host, very impersonal and inflexible. Found toilets, and bathrooms floor dirty.Host provided wrong lot, house number. Streets are not identified, miss labels. The stove and oven very dirty, full of grease, needs replacement. Found a cockroach under the coffee maker. Garage door need oil, it sounds awful. Floors are missing traction. Patio ramp and entrance stair need handrails. Unable to use Hot Tub because host wants to charge additional dollar amount for cleaning. Be aware that VRBO charge 16% of service charge. The real accommodation of this property is 5 people. More than 5 people will be uncomfortable. There 3 literal beds, but the first one is very small. Also, there is bed sofa in the first level, but if open, blocks the entrance of main door and reduce greatly the space of the small living room. There are few and cheap pots and pans.

This property is perfect for a family. Located in a safe area, near the beach and restaurants in Cabo Rojo. The home itself is immaculate and has every amenity needed plus a hot tub. We loved our stay.

Comfort in Boqueron

I wasn't sure what to expect because I wanted a place that was peaceful, and not too rushed or loud. The house is amazing. Clean. So comfortable and very peaceful. In addition, It is safe and close to Boqueron and its beach. Perfect. Thank you so much Waleska! ...and for the welcome basket :)
