"Welcome to our beautiful three-bedroom apartment located in a gated community with electronic key entrance. The apartment features an outdoor pool, 24/7 security, and a great location. The living-dining room includes a 49" SMART TV with an APP BOX, and the apartment also offers 100 MEGAS WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a parking space available. Each room has A/C and ceiling fans, and there are two bathrooms in the apartment. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of Medano Beach, as well as restaurants, bars, nightclubs, coffee shops, ATMs, and supermarkets.
The main bedroom has two twin beds, an attached bathroom, and an open closet. The second bedroom has a full bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds with a bathroom serving the two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully furnished with appliances including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Beach towels, an umbrella, and beach chairs are also available for your beach outings.
