Welcome to our Mexican Home where your comfort is most important!

Our living space is bright with an open plan. The furniture is both comfortable and functional with a Lazy Boy queen sofa bed and twin sofa bed chair, King Bed, LG Smart TV options & some US Channels, high speed fiber optic Wifi, with mini split air conditioners in both the living space and the bedroom; all the comforts of home!

The enclosed patio runs the length of our unit. Enjoy city and sunset views. There is also a quiet sitting area with couch and easy chair just off the bedroom.

We offer a fully stocked kitchen that would please the best chef. We supply china dishes, crystal wine glasses, premium flatware and for all your cooking needs are first quality pots, pans, bake ware, serving and entertaining platters, and kitchen supplies.

Prepare your appies and cocktails at the end of your busy day in Cabo or use the full kitchen for all your meals! Full size Stainless Steel fridge, stove with oven, toaster oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker with coffee grinder, and Blender.

The heated pool and jacuzzi areas are tropical and lovely with plenty of lounge chairs and a pool bar and restaurant, called Tres Amigas Cantina Restaurant, where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also have a Clubhouse with comfortable indoor seating, ping pong, pool table, large flat screen TVs and an honour library where you can take or exchange a book for your visit.

Our on-site concierge, Elly, can set up all of your activities, reservations, and fishing expeditions.

The Marina Sol is a safe, gated community with exterior gates to the beach and restaurants accessible until 9 pm. After 9 pm access is through the front lobby where we have security guards on staff 24/7.

We have the best central location, right in town. Walk everywhere! Beach, Marina, Shopping Mall, first rate Restaurants and Bars are all within a two block radius. Walmart is half a block away. Putter along the Marina, walk amongst the tourist shops in town, and stroll the beach...all within a moderate walk! We can provide a list of our favourites!

Location of marina sol is perfect. Walking distance to Medano beach, massages, Walmart and great restaurants. Place is a bit dated but bed super comfortable and the place is well stocked with most everything you need including beach chairs and cooler bags. The pool and restaurant area were wonderful. We loved the service from Alberto. The only downside, it’s noisy on the side we were staying. Lots of street traffic. No deck, view of a vacant parking lot. Host was very responsive.

Great central place in Cabo

Great location that was quiet and convenient to everything- walk 5 minutes to beach, 5 minutes to high end mall, 5 minutes to easy eats, 15 minutes to marina (to get boats for fishing, snorkeling, etc.). This place was quiet at night- you are far enough from the clubs and beach parties so you can sleep.

Perfect location, great time

We had a great time at this condo. It is truly in the very best location, within walking distance to the beach, marina, mall and restaurants. We didn't rent a car and didn't need one. The pool is the best I've seen. Our rooms were quiet and clean. Karen was very easy to work with. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect location and comfortable accommodations

Karen is an excellent host. She put us in touch with the concierge (Elly) about a week before our trip, so we were able to line up some activities. Elly is so friendly and always greeted us with a happy 'hello'. The property itself is absolutely charming - love the Mexican tiles! The condo was very quiet and relaxing and what a great location!! Just a couple blocks from everything. Definitely will consider staying here again if we find our way back to Cabo.

Fantastic location!

This was a great location for walking to Medeno Beach, Roasted and Gardenias restaurants (and others), brand new incredible supermarket and the Marina. Unit was clean and had all the items needed to enjoy the resort/beach. Great pool! Restaurant food and drinks we’re not great. Go to gardenias instead - every chance you get! Best tacos anywhere! Thanks Karen for great communication and a wonderful time!

Amazing Location!

We had a great five-night stay at the Marina Sol over Thanksgiving week. Here are our impressions: Pros: Location, location, location!: Two blocks from the beach, five blocks to the marina, two blocks to a great new grocery store and restaurants all around. The condo complex: super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful courtyard and pool. Felt very safe. Beach gear: the condo was well-stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, coolers, mats, etc. Cons: The unit itself was pretty worn-down and not super clean. Not a deal breaker necessarily, but it was the one thing that did not get five stars in our opinion.

our stay at this place was alot more than we thought it would be. First and best feature was ELLY our concierge. the woman was friendly and VERY helpful. She set up a couple excursions for us that went off with no problem at all. the facility is close to all the night life in downtown Cabo. Located across the street form the new Walmart. Close to Medano beach. Pool was heated to a comfortable temperature. Great staff. Our room was spacious .Kitchen had all cooking utensils that we needed to cook some,but not all . restaurants were all good we would definatly return

I am not one for writing reviews but here goes. When I was looking last year for a place to stay money was a little tight at that time so I was looking for two things. Location and cost. This property met both criteria. The grounds are nice and well kept and the condo was clean. Also the management of the facility were very helpful and friendly. The walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes and the marina was around 15. The condo supplies two nice back pack style beach chairs with an umbrella. If there is one drawback I wish there was a balcony. That's the only reason I didn't go 5 stars. My length of stay was 4 weeks.

Great location in a quiet complex. Simple condo with all you need including boogie board, lunch cooler, some snorkel gear and beach chairs. I would love to go back. Everything was as promised.

Cabo for Christmas

Very nice resort! Would stay here again for sure. The pool bar service was much better in 2018 than in 2019. I heard there was a new operator this year. Our landlord was awesome. Eating out on the North side of Cardenas Blvd way better than the tourist spots.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in CABO! This property has a wonderful pool, pool side cafe, and wonderful restaurant. The pool side quesadilla are DELICIOUS! The 2 for 1 drinks were awesome! This property is walking distance from downtown, great restaurants and the Mall! The staff was very welcoming and the property was very clean! Loved the windows, kitchen and the screen on the bedroom.

Although it’s inexpensive , I would really think twice about staying in this room.... We initially booked a 7 day stay, but after 2 days we sought other accommodations due to the condition of the room... Upon arrival, my initial impression of the room was outdated and extremely hot .... Throughout our two day stay, we found that the room was a sauna , it was extremely hot, even after adjusting the air conditioner to 60 degrees..... After the first night, we contacted maintenance to check on the air .... Apparently, it was repaired , however, the room was still a sauna ... Secondly , we did not have hot water.... After contacting the owner, we were instructed on how to turn the hot water.... A day later, the hot water finally worked , however, when we showered , we found that the pipes in the shower leaked through the ceiling. Third , we found there is electrical problems ... On the second night of our stay, the kitchen pendulum lights would not turn off and flickered like a strobe light throughout the night.... Suffice to say my children who were sleeping on the pull out couches had difficulty sleeping throughout the night... The lights did not turn off till the following morning.... Lastly, the straw that broke the camels back was after two nights of sleeping on the pull out couches , we noticed both of my kids were covered in bed bug bites ... We inspected the pull out couches , we found dead bed bugs ..... Really unsanitary and unsatisfactory ... We contacted the owner about the poor conditions seeking reimbursement for several nights , however, she has not returned any of my emails. I encourage others to think twice about booking this room and spend the extra money to seek other accommodation so your vacation is not interrupted like ours was ...

Really enjoyed our stay, condo was nice. Everything you would need, the pool area was great once you can find a spot. The location of these resort is what sets it apart, so close to everything, not once did we take a cab. So many great restaurants right in the area, and downtown area is a short walk, the beach even shorter walk.

I would like to say that the place is really great! This condo is in a complex with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, restaurant, 2 bars and a little store. It's about 5 mins walk from the beach. A lot of restaurants are around, massage on the beach. All was super cool! Why 4*? 2 days before our departure broiler for hot water got broken. I hope the owner could fix it. Btw, the main owner - Karen, she is very attentive, responsive. Thank you for your help and for your really nice place!

Complex Awesome! Location Awesome! Unit Okay :(

Marina Sol's property was great. The pool, restaurant & game room were perfect. The restaurant staff were a lot of fun and the food was great. The unit, well, was just okay. Not by fault of the owners, the water heater broke the day we got there even though the property manager worked on it the day before. We had to stay inside on Monday & Tuesday for a total of 6 hours while they took out the old unit & replaced with a new tank less unit. Great idea....not. It didn't work either so we had NO HOT WATER for the whole week. Overall, the place is a little out dated. The curtains were white and water stained and apparently they have been that way for a while. The king size bed was comfy except that they have a queen size mattress cover that kept bunching up while we slept so we had to get up, do our best to fix, and go back to bed. The toilet had an intermittent 24/7 drip and the most bizarre noise. We could jiggle the handle which helped for a bit but that was annoying. Will definitely go back but go through the Marina Sol office. The Owner's offered us a 25% discount for our inconvenience but still waiting (trip was 12/3-9/17).
