There has been some major safety concern that put our kid at a major risk I brought the manager and showed him a gap in a public main balcony glass that a kid could easily jump from. I had an extra room that was booked by mistake for me and my wife. Since the room was extra and although I had requested early enough to can cancel the extra room they forced me to accept both rooms as it was done through Expedia and even I had no choice to cancel yet they gave one room to me and one to my wife with one key to each room individually and when I asked for manager the guy said I am the manager. One other issue is using taxi and shuttle to and from airport.

Cockroaches

Cockroaches in our suites I paid extra for the nicer room and someone tried to break into our room at night and steal our belongings luckily I was awake to stop him well my fiancé was asleep, and when I told the front they did nothing about it or security , very trashy , stay in downtown Cabo don’t ever stay here , it’s like old Vegas but trashier

Do NOT stay here!! This hotel is awful you are better off staying at the rui. It’s a loud party hotel not meant for kids or families, they blast inappropriate music at the pool so loud you can even talk to the person next to you. The nighttime party’s are SO loud it sounds like it’s inside your room. They had some weird issue with towels and wouldn’t give you more then 1 and I had to argue everyday that I have kids and I need 4 and everyday the guy was extremely rude about it. They also wouldn’t give extra bed linens for kids!! The pullout couch is a single bed not big enough for 2 kids so we took the outside couch and made a bed inside because they wouldn’t allow you to have a cot. There’s so much more, rooms are dirty, won’t seat you on a patio even tho they are wide open had to fight for an outside seat everyday. Kids camp the ladies just sit in their phones it’s a dingy room. Will not give you bottled water at the pool only gross foggy cups of weird tasting water. It is not worth your money go somewhere else, it’s also so far from everything you can’t just leave to eat or go somewhere else the taxi is very expensive into town. Left 2 days early because I couldn’t stand to be there any longer. Do not stay there!!
