This new condo was completed in 2018. It is located next to Medano Beach and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, complete kitchen and living room. The condo accommodates up to five people. The condo is located on the fourth floor and it has a pool on the roof with beautiful ocean views and amazing Cabo sunsets.
The condo is conveniently located near big shopping areas such as Costco, Walmart, Home Depot and other shopping centers.
The condo is located approximately 1.5 miles from downtown.
We offer concierge service and can help arrange transportation to and from the condo. We can also help arrange golf, fishing and restaurant reservations.

Great relaxing family getaway

We had a great time in Cabo and really enjoyed our condo !! It was really great centrally located and very close to Costco and Walmart . We were between the surfing beach of Cerritos and also the beautiful town of Dan Jose del Cabo . We enjoyed being able to check out all the different beaches and restaurants in the area. Having the rooftop pool and ping pong tables was a great bonus , and we enjoyed them daily . The owners were very accommodating and pretty prompt with getting back to me . As most people know Cabo has quite a night life, and those sounds can be heard throughout the condo nightly (they do provide a noise machine) , there was also some nearby construction that didn’t help. Overall I would recommend this condo , the price was reasonable , the owners were helpful and the location is pretty great

Beautiful very clean Condo

My Son and I loved your beautiful Condo. You've made sure that everything you could possibly need and want to be comfortable was supplied. I am 81 years old and I found it hard for me to walk as everything was so far away. My Son did walk to the beach and the corner store. Uber was very easy and always readily available. Thank you for allowing us to use your Condo for 4 weeks.

we reserved for ten nights, but we moved out after first night. I am fighting to get our money back, they are dangerous people and we moved out because of our safety. I don’t recommend this place at all, people should be aware of owner and building management scams.

Nice location and safe

The unit was clean and comfortable. The security at the entrance was friendly and helpful. The pool was under renovations during my stay, so was bummed about that, but the condo has everything you need to head to the beach. Easy access through the RIU Resort to carry the beach chair, umbrella, towel, and cooler. Owners stayed in close connection with me on the pool renovation and we worked out solutions. I'd stay again if it's available the next time I travel back to Cabo. Also close to walk to good local restaurants and if you have pets, the Wet Dog grooming shop is a couple blocks away. They groomed my cat while I was there and they will treat your pets well.

Great home base

I traveled with my boyfriend, our 6 month old and our chihuahua and this property fit our needs perfectly! The condo was well equipped and it was a great place to come back to after exploring during the day. We took day trips to Sn Jose and Todos Santos and enjoyed both of them. There was not a crib for our baby, but we were able turn one of the couches towards the wall and it worked great!! The hosts were super responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo is Perfect, Location Workable

Everything about the condo is great; fully stocked with everything you need. It's located at the very end of the main hotel corridor on dirt roads. There's nothing wrong with that, it's just less than the best. As such, you must have a rental car because really the only thing in walking distance is a restaurant (not even a beach, you are not allowed to enter). With a rental, you're all good, it's close to everything.

Perfect beach getaway rental!

Loved this condo! The owners really have thought of every detail and are so helpful and responsive. The condo is as described if not better. We walked to the beach each day, which was just a short distance across the street. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the rooftop pool. Highly recommend this rental!

Great condo close to the beach!!

We loved staying at this adorable little condo! It was clean and comfortable and was perfect for four adults! The rooftop pool was so nice for the times we weren’t at the beach. It was so nice to be within walking distance to the beach!! Remo was so easy to communicate with and willing to answer any question I had. They provide you with a list of close by places to eat and activities which we found super helpful and loved the suggestions as this was our first time in Cabo. We loved that the condo provided beach towels, hair dryers, and straighteners, the less you have to pack the better! We also loved having an alexa speaker to play music while we got ready and roku to help us unwind at night!! I can’t say enough about this condo, loved it! We hope to be back soon!!! There was some noise from surrounding condos and the street at night but it didn’t bother us enough to make a difference. (They have provided noise machines to help with this too which is very thoughtful)

Clean and reasonably priced!

A very clean, comfortable condo with great amenities and reasonably priced. It’s just a short walk to beautiful Medano Beach but to get to downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina you will need to take a 10 minute Uber ride, unless of course you rent a car. Although to request an Uber you will have to walk up the road near the highway to be picked up due to an ongoing taxi conflict. While my friend and I felt safe, having the taxi staging area right outside our building was a little disconcerting. You can take a taxi, but they charge 3-5 times as much. Also, where the condo is located there are only a couple of small restaurants within walking distance. Other than that, there is not much nearby. My friend and I rented the condo for three weeks and found the living space was more than adequate. The bedrooms had a lot of closet and drawer space, and the beds were very comfortable. But there were a couple of things we found disappointing. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked except there is no oven. So if you’re planning any meals, everything must be prepared on the cooktop or the microwave. Also there are 3 TVs (one in each room) but there is no cable programming, only Netflix, and being there for 3 weeks, we missed not having the news. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Cabo and Remo was great to work with. He provided us with a lot of helpful information before we arrived and was accessible whenever we had questions while there.

Stay in Cabo San Lucas

Very clean and modern 2 bed, 2 bath condo suitable for 4 persons to sleep comfortably. Expect to use an Uber (roughly $3 each way) to get to the Marina and the busy end of Medano beach, but the Uber service was excellent, approx a 10 minute drive. Communication with the owners was excellent and punctual at all times. If you are looking for reasonably priced accommodation, but not be in the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas but close enough to travel there when you want, this condo would work for you. Thanks Remo and Elena for a pleasant stay.

Edificio lujoso, Alberca espectacular, zona increíble y sumamente segura, muy limpio, acogedor y con muy buen diseño interior. Excelente lugar

Tuve unas vacaciones espectaculares en Los Cabos. El departamento es muy bonito, tiene decoración agradable, es amplio, muy limpio. Tiene una TV muy grande en la sala. El edificio cuenta con una alberca muy bonita y con seguridad las 24/7. La ubicación también es espectacular porque la playa queda a unos pasos caminando, el centro de Cabo San Lucas a 5 minutos en coche. La atención de Elena fue muy buena en todo momento estaba al pendiente de lo que necesitáramos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Best place to stay in Cabo!

We were very excited for our trip to Cabo, and staying in this Condo was the BEST decision ever. The location is AMAZING (walking distance from Medano beach), the apartment is BRAND NEW with top of the line appliances, the beds are amazing super comfortable like a 5 star hotel and every room has AC and TV. The building has a rooftop pool which is great because you have oceanview as well, I really recommend seeing the sunsets at the rooftop with a glass of wine, believe me you will love it! This condo is very close ($3dollar Uber) to The Marina where you can find great restaurants and stores. Out hosts Elena and Remo were great hosts always kind and helpful, definetly will stay here again, it has become our favorite place in Cabo!

One of the best vacations ever!

We travel quite a bit and mostly stay in resorts but this trip was really about seeing Cabo! My family and I enjoyed staying at Remo & Elena's condo. It had more than enough space for all 4 of us as well as all the amenities we needed. It was very clean and we really felt like it was our home during our stay. The pool was fabulous (never crowded), used the firepit one evening, and the view was beautiful. We rented a car so getting around was easy but there were also taxi's waiting outside and saw many using public transportation. We seemed to be close to everything and nothing felt like a long drive. Remo & Elena were always available for questions throughout our stay and the security staff were very helpful as well. This location was perfect for us! We will definitely stay here again.
