Cabo San Lucas Mansion 1003. This stunning villa boasts an astounding 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms while allowing up to 22 guests, making it a perfect place for a large gathering with family, friends, and corporate retreats. The convenient beach access point is located adjacent to the Sheraton Hotel. This two-story, hacienda-style, luxury villa greets you with an exquisite courtyard with a central fountain surrounded by meticulous brickwork and old-world details.

As you make your way to the living room, you will be welcomed by sweeping ocean views. Included in the villas 10 bedrooms, there is a separate, full apartment that has its own entrance and kitchen. The formal dining room, main kitchen, outdoor BBQ and outdoor pool terrace areas flow together making meal service and entertaining effortless. The outdoor terrace includes a custom-built 16-person hot tub, a large fire pit, a daybed, and porch swings.

 Your trip will be complete with a personal concierge, daily butler (except day of departure), and daily housekeeping service. For times you dont want to cook, you have the option of walking to one of the nearby restaurants at the Sheraton Grand Hotel or hire one of our incredible private chefs.

* An additional $150 USD per person per night will be charged for groups of over 18 guests. Max occupancy is 22 guests.

* 7-night Christmas reservations must end on or before December 28th. 7-night New Years reservations must start on December 26th or later.                                                           

ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock, and more. They will be at your residence for check-in, conduct a final walk-through upon departure, and remain available to assist you while youre in Cabo. This home is provided with a team of staff to ensure your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

Strategically situated on the Tourist Corridor of Cabo San Lucas, Cabo Del Sol boasts a number of great amenities while being just 15-minutes outside of downtown Cabo San Lucas. This sprawling 1,800-acre community is a paradise for golf enthusiasts, featuring an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf, where every hole offers ocean views. Q: Do you allow events and weddings at this villa? 

A: Yes!  We have hosted many weddings, up to 70 ppl, and several events.  An additional nights stay will be required as an event fee.  This fee will also provide additional cleaning staff, security, and permits within the HOA.

Q: Can you walk to the beach?

A: The beach is a 10-15 min walk or 4-5 min golf cart ride (Golf cart to be rented separately and is not included with the villa).

Q: What does the Butler do?

A: Your Butler will ensure your vacation is seamless.  From helping with luggage to making drinks to arranging pool towels and tidying the house, your Butler will also assist with the mechanics and electronics of the house (TV/music), start coffee in the morning, and help with meal service.

Q: Do you have access to the beach club in front of the house, called The Cove Club.

A: No. The Cove Club is a private, members only club that does not allow access to outside guests. In addition, they do not allow outside guests to pass through the club on the way to the beach; you must go around to the public beach access.
