Please read on for details.

The Property:
The villa was built with features and style of a grand Mexican hacienda, including a large central courtyard, thick walls, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, rustic wood accents, archways, and ornamental ironwork. It also has the highest quality finishes, upscale bedding, modern entertainment systems, a pool table, an infinity pool & hot tub, multiple firepits, the list goes on and on.

Aside from the veranda, which provides panoramic views across your pool, the Oasis Golf Course, and the Pacific Ocean, everything in this home is on the ground floor. The primary living space combines the living and dining rooms into one large space that feels even larger thanks to the very high ceilings and two walls of glass doors that slide into the walls, opening up the home from the courtyard to the back patio and pool area. The kitchen is gourmet quality, featuring an extra large gas range with griddle, hood, and double ovens, plus a large fridge plus a smaller wine and beverage fridge. It is fully equipped with everything you need, including spices. This is a great place for the chef in your group, or a private chef, to prepare delicious meals. There is also an outdoor kitchen and bar on the back patio, by the pool. It includes a gas grill, fridge, and sink, making it so easy to enjoy poolside dishes and refreshing drinks. There is a large gas firepit on the other side of the pool. Fire it up and turn on the pool lights for the perfect ambiance each evening. The pool itself is an infinity edge pool, with fountains flowing into the corners, a hot tub tumbling into the center, and a shallow area with built in loungers. Don't forget about the covered portion of the patio, which includes a large pool table and outdoor furniture. Also, don't forget about the central courtyard, where there's another large firepit, as well as comfy outdoor living room furniture, and a large HDTV.

When it's time to go to bed, this home also provides everything you could want. Just like the living and dining room area, bedrooms 1 and 2 both feature vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, a large TV, and large glass pocket doors that allow you to open up the space to the back patio and pool area. Both of these bedrooms are quite large, easily accommodating a King size bed, with space to spare for a dresser and armchair. Big walk in closets allow you to keep these bedrooms free of clutter. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each include a large private bathroom suite with dual sink vanities, water closets, freestanding bathtubs, and extra large multi headed indoor outdoor showers. There is a day spa within Diamante, but these bathrooms are like being at the spa every day.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are slightly more modest than the first two bedrooms, but not every bedroom can or should be poolside! They are still luxurious and lavish, with ample space, and high ceilings. Each of these bedrooms includes a King size bed, HDTV, dresser, walk in closet, and private en suite bathroom. These en suite bathrooms include a large vanity, water closet, and multi headed indoor outdoor shower. Bedroom 5 is a multi-function room. It is an extra living room, with a large leather sofa and HDTV. It also has a desk, so this room can be your home office. Finally, it includes a plush Queen Murphy bed built in. So, if your group doesn't need this bed, it stays hidden away, and if your group does need this bed, you can wake up refreshed and easily fold it into the wall and out of the way for the day.

Location:
Within Diamante itself, this home has a great location. You'll be right on the Oasis Short Course, and within walking distance of the beach, the Dunes Course clubhouse, as well as the Crystal Lagoon, Kids Club & Water Park, and the Athletic Center. You don't have to walk. A private golf cart comes with the home, for getting around within the Diamante Resort development. Diamante also runs a number of shuttles throughout the property, on regular routes. These routes operate from 6 am to 12 midnight, with routes and hours subject to change. There is so much to do, you may choose not to even leave the Diamante Resort until it's time to fly home. However, if you do, everything is close by. Diamante Resort is within the city of Cabo San Lucas, just a few miles west of downtown and the marina. Diamante offers private transportation to and from the airport, the Marina in San Jose del Cabo, or any destination in Los Cabos, including local hotels, residences, dining venues, churches, nightlife spots, grocery stores, or nearby historic cities. Renting a vehicle of your own is possible, of course. Taxis are also available at any Diamante Valet area, and throughout the Los Cabos area.

Arrival, Accessibility, and Parking:
Once you book, we're here to support you before, during, and after your stay. This includes our US based, English speaking rental & reservations team as well as the local property manager, Fernando, who speaks English and Espanol. We will provide you with arrival instructions, and answer any specific questions you might have. Accessing this property does not require any stairs or steps. Everything is on the ground level, except for the veranda which overlooks the pool, golf course, etc. So, this home is considered “wheelchair friendly,” but it may not be considered handicap “accessible.” For example, while there are no curbs to step over when entering or exiting the shower, the width of the entrances varies. In addition, the toilets are within “water closets,” which are small enclosed rooms within a larger bathroom, so accessing the toilets from a wheelchair may require assistance from another person. Parking is available for 4 or 5 vehicles. This includes a 2 car garage and outdoor parking for 2 to 3 more vehicles. Please note, the 3rd garage door visible in the exterior photos is the golf cart garage. If you will have more than 4 to 5 vehicles, additional off site parking may be required, but should be available within the Diamante Resort. Please contact us before booking to confirm availability of such off site parking.
