The property is lovely and has views of the ocean with lovely landscaping and greenery around the property. Lots of dining options and pools, but it is so spread out that you either have to walk up and down large hills, or wait for the shuttles. It is awesome that they provide these, but are often not timely or organized leaving you waiting in long lines. We encountered an issue with our water, A/C, toilets, and smell in our room in the middle of our first night. We were met with professionalism and moved to a functional room which was great and highly appreciated. That room ended up having the same issues on our last night, however, and when it was mentioned to staff upon check-out, they were neither kind about it nor helpful when I said that we couldn't shower or brush our teeth before our long flight home. I had hoped for a kind response as we received the first time, and the fact that it happened twice in two different parts of the resort was a bummer. Overall, I do recommend this location, things happen at large resorts and not every employee can be as great as the last, just wish we had been treated more kindly upon departure with our issues, especially since I am understanding of things happening and am not a mean or aggressive person. Side note, we have stayed with PB multiple times and always eaten at Quivira Steakhouse, but were highly disappointed this time around with the food prep and service.

We had a great experience and will plan to return. The carts made it easy to get around and were quick to show up when needed. The property is excellent. The Market had great food selections as well as the other restaurants. Appeared very kid friendly as we are older adults traveling as a couple. Fun!

Service very slow, food was ok, staff was not friendly, golf cart shuttles slow, our package we booked was changed and the hotel said we needed to pay 680 more dollars to stay the dates of our package. Said all inclusive, not all inclusive. Many restaurants, food, drinks etc cost extra. A lot more! Will not book a trip through Expedia again! A VIP user and when they said they would have Supervisor call me within an hour never heard from them.

The resort was amazing. The food was beyond perfect, the drinks amazing and the service superb. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and every staff member is attentive and profesional. They made the "Importance" of being an Expedia VIP feel special with personalized service and treatment. Nallely at VIP services was awesome! The only negative aspect, not under the resort's control etc, was that not being able to enjoy the ocean was a lil tough being a Hawaii/California blend family. It was super rough seas but watching the big waves crash was still enjoyable.

The resort is a good place for a retreat. Peaceful , well designed , comfortable rooms and beds . Long wait times for food , not a lot of options on the property as the good restaurants are on the sister properties . The room had nothing stocked in the fridge or nothing more than bare minimum . Shower takes a while to get the hot water . The corridors need maintainence but overall clean and good vacation spot .

The property offers everything you could ask for in an all-inclusive resort. The only downside is the transportation service. I’ve been coming to this resort for years and there seemed to be less carts transporting and wait times could exceed 15-20 minutes. I will say that most of the drivers are very friendly and polite however we did encounter a driver that just did not fit the atmosphere of the resort but management went out of their way to make sure we were heard on the subject b

We loved the steakhouse and being shuttled to sister resort Rose with beach access. Didnt like the bed or pillows, they werent comfortable.
