A estadia foi muito positiva. Gostaria de destacar especialmente a equipe do restaurante, que me atendeu com muita presteza durante toda a permanência. A comida estava sensacional, melhor do que em experiências anteriores no hotel. Também gostaria de elogiar a equipe do front desk do período noturno e os demais colaboradores em geral, que foram muito educados, prestativos, solícitos, cordiais e simpáticos. Sem dúvida, se destacam como os melhores da equipe no atendimento ao hóspede. Como ponto de melhoria, no check-out fui atendido por um funcionário mais antigo da recepção que demonstrou pouca simpatia e pouca disposição em ajudar, destoando bastante do excelente padrão de atendimento dos demais colaboradores.

No geral, minha experiência foi positiva, porém tive um problema pontual com um funcionário da recepção. Diferente dos demais colaboradores, ele não foi amigável nem colaborativo. Solicitei ajuda com uma demanda simples, a impressão de uma nota fiscal, mas houve pouca flexibilidade para ajudar e o atendimento acabou sendo rude e pouco profissional. Acredito que um atendimento mais cordial e prestativo faria bastante diferença na experiência do hóspede.

O problema foi que o hotel parece que está passando por uma troca de sistema ou algo assim. E pelo visto a coisa não está andando direito ainda, então o processo de checkout foi extremamente lento porque o sistema não funcionava direito. Os preços de água, amendoim e outros itens simplesmente duplicaram de valor para alguns e triplicaram para outros (como o amendoim). Equipe, quartos e comodidades estavam bons, como de costume.
