This is a very well maintained hotel with amazing staff and a lot of assistance. I enjoyed my stay and I have come here many times. This is my go to hotel in Cairo. Also it’s right in an amazing shopping center with upscale cafes and close to the museum. I really feel comfortable here and enjoy myself. Clean and safe and easy to get around

A very bad hotel . I have booked to reach at 11 am . The hotel was not able to avail the room till 7 pm . They kept buying time . I was frustrated and exhausted and did not check in . Staff was very argumentative and not telling the truth about room availability . Each time we ask they give different answer . They have kept me and my wife waiting for more than eight hours . I have raised a complain with Expedia agent and asked for total refund the same day of arrival . They did not answer the Expedia agent call . Not recommended as I also noticed that many guests complained about the cleanliness of the rooms . The hotel is in first floor with no lift . It has many storage area under it and may block access in case of fire . I don’t recommend it at all.

La entrada es sencilla, pero por dentro el hotel es completamente diferente. El lobby está limpio y la iluminación es cálida. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado nuevo y un baño bien equipado. La experiencia fue realmente cómoda.

Das Reinigungsteam achtet offensichtlich sehr auf den Zustand der Zimmer. Die Fenster sind doppelt verglast und die Schalldämmung ist stark, also habe ich tief und ungestört geschlafen.

Ze gaven me een kaart met kleine kortingen voor nabijgelegen restaurants. Ik probeerde een aanbevolen koshari-restaurant en het was echt uitstekend. Zelfs buiten het hotel is alles goed georganiseerd.
