This hotel has 3 branches. Unfortunately, we were placed inside a hotel other than the one in the pictures and it does not have the same quality. Also, the first time you open the room you find the bad smell.

It was so dirty and bad that as soon as we saw the room we left. It was mold on the walls and dirty bed linens amongst all. And first when arriving to the hotel they said it’s full despite we booking weeks in advance and got confirmation, so they send us to walk to their other venue 5 min away. Staff was nice but this place is bellow any standards.

Da questo hotel ci hanno spostato al New City Hotel, sempre stessa gestione. La struttura è in posizione centrale in un vecchio palazzo, in una zona molto rumorosa e trafficata. Pulizia discreta. Potrebbe essere tenuto molto meglio, basterebbe una tinteggiatura e sistemazione alle camere con ammodernamento dei mobili...Personale sempre presente e disponibile.

Bon hôtel bien situé

Très Bien situé dans le caire a côté de la place tahir Par contre la rue est très bruyante C'est néanmoins un excellent endroit car c'est pratique et le prix est vraiment bas mais la chambre est correct.
