We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were warm and welcoming. The room was large and clean. Breakfast had a great variety and on some mornings they made fresh pitas and put them on your plate! Highly recommended.

When we arrived at the hotel, despite having a reservation, we were told our reservation had been cancelled and they directed us to another hotel we didn't want. We tried to resolve the situation for two hours but couldn't, and we were forced to stay in a hotel we didn't want.

Great location in Garden City. Nice small rooftop pool and bar with good views over city. The Garden City suburb is quiet and Full of beautiful old buildings. We had a room overlooking the suburb not the Nile which was quiet. Mahmoud and others at breakfast service served us well. Clean hotel and more discreet and quiet than other hotels we have used in Cairo. Ideal for visiting AUC.

The hotel was very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful I emailed Concierge desk prior to our visit. Sabry communicated w me via email and we arranged a guided tour of the pyramids. Heba was our guide. She was great. She spoke English fluently and was very knowledgeable. She arranged to the tour to met our needs. I would highly recommend Heba. The tour was $$$ but very convenient and comfortable. The Concierge representatives were all pleasant and helpful at all hours of the day and night. The Hotel representatives at the front entrance were very welcoming and helpful especially with locating uber drivers. Sayed Sayed from Housekeeping was very friendly and accomodating. Ibrahim from Housekeeping cleaned and maintained our beautiful room. This hotel is truly a haven in a very busy crowded Cairo. I would recommend a Nile view room from a high floor. We were on the 9th floor; the view was amazing.
