Péssima experiência! Superlotado, serviço ruim e práticas abusivas. Fuja! Minha estadia foi péssima. O hotel funciona de forma anexa a outro estabelecimento que é visivelmente sujo e opera acima da capacidade. Com o local completamente abarrotado, a administração simplesmente esvazia as piscinas para manutenção em pleno período de alta ocupação, fechando 2 das 5 piscinas médias disponíveis. O restaurante é um caos: sujo, superlotado, com funcionários detestáveis, comida ruim e pouquíssimas opções no café da manhã. Para piorar, praticam a proibição de entrada de bebidas externas para forçar o consumo interno com preços abusivos (o triplo do valor de mercado), o que configura venda casada, expressamente proibida pelo Artigo 39, inciso I, do CDC. O pior ficou para o final: na saída, tentaram me cobrar uma taxa indevida de R$ 250,00 por check-out antecipado. Só voltaram atrás após muita discussão na recepção, exigindo justificativa por escrito. Essa cobrança de multa abusiva sem reciprocidade viola os Artigos 39, inciso V, e 51, inciso IV, do CDC. Uma clara afronta aos direitos do consumidor. Não recomendo a ninguém.

Eu havia pedido um quarto no lado da piscina nas observações. Sempre fui atendida mas dessa vez não se atentaram aos comentários. O ar condicionado não está gelando como deveria. Necessita manutenção . Os filtros estão imundos. O hotel estava muito mas muito cheio. Grupos de excursões de igreja e de idosos que tiram o sossego do hotel. Som alto que nem as araras se dava pra ouvir. Um lamento para um hotel que sempre foi sossegado. O café da manhã tem muita opção mas totalmente sem qualidade. Bolos ruins mal cortados com aparencia ruim Sem sabor e muita gente. Sem paz. As frutas cortadas enormes e acondicionadas em algo q tipo congela ruim de retirar. Enfim. Não foi aconchegante. Excesso de gente em todo canto. Piscinas. Barulho. Pessoas em grupos de excursão são muito barulhentas. Caiu muito a qualidade da hospedagem. No quarto os lencois nao param no colchão porq as camas sao imendadas.

Terceiro Ano no Acqua bella

Excelente hotel e atendimento. Café da manhã bem farto, muitas opções. Hotel para quem tem crianças é muito bom, tem copa com microondas para esquentar a mamadeira acessível somente para quem tem crianças. Area com 7 piscinas, sendo uma exclusivamente para crianças. Em temporada o café da manhã e a piscina fica concorrido, mas o que ocorre normalmente. Próximo ao centro. Para traslado entre aeroporto/parques/etc indico o Thiago Alves (62)9805-3972 carro executivo atendimento de excelência, preço justo.

Muito a melhorar...

O hotel tem várias piscinas, mas deixa a desejar no atendimento, não tem um filtro de água. Acredito que seja uma forma de fazer os hóspedes comprarem água a um preço absurdo. Está bem localizado e tem um estacionamento que não dá pra quantidade de hóspedes.
