Equipped with air conditioning in dining room / living room-kitchen and 5 in rooms.
Large terrace of 100m2 with all the outdoor furniture necessary to enjoy the outdoors, with private pool and a large barbecue.
Newly renovated house, high quality and capacity in the center of town. No vehicle is necessary to travel to go shopping or to the beach, 10 minutes walk from the train station to go to Barcelona.
Calella is a town with great tourist tradition, an old fishermen's enclave. In its beaches and narrow streets coexist people of tota Europe. Here music, gastronomic, folk and traditional festivals meet, as well as international championships of different sporting disciplines such as the Ironman.
If your group is up to 11 people, you will have the 5 rooms on the top floor (3 rooms with double bed and 2 rooms with single beds).
If your group is up to 13 people, we will prepare the 5 rooms on the top floor and you can choose which one best suits your needs on the baixa floor (if the double bed or the single beds).
For groups of 16 people, all rooms will be available.
Whatever the size of the group, the 4 bathrooms will be available.
